Bernadine V. Kitts, 76 of Mountain Home, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2009 at a local care center. Per her request, no formal services will be held. Inurnment will be held in Weston, West Virginia at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Bernadine was born on August 31, 1932 in Weston, West Virginia, where she also received her education. She enjoyed visiting, being with people and traveling. She also loved to read.

Bernadine is survived by daughter Brenda and her husband Al Lawler of Mtn Home, her daughter Carol Thornton of Wyoming, her son Louie and his wife Kathy Kitts of Colorado, her son Richard Morris of Florida, her twin brother Bernard Marsh of California, her brother Orville Marsh of Ohio, her sisters Ramona, Charlene and Helen all of Ohio, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both her parents and two brothers.
