Jacob Viola finished fourth in the 100 meters and Jake Lewis came in fourth in the discus throw. Jacob Allies was fifth in the triple jump.

Mountain Home Tiger head track coach Rich Urquidi thought the Twin Falls meet gave them a good test at some different competition.

"It was! Twin Falls is really tough -- I think they're going to be really tough in their district -- and Jerome, we have seen them at a couple little meets, and they're really tough, too, so it was good for our girls and our boys to see some different people to get ready for district."

The Tigers go to the District III 4A Track and Field Meet at Kuna this Thursday and Friday.
