Dale Irving

Dale Duane Irving, 40, died at his home in Glenns Ferry on Dec. 30, 2008.

A gathering in remembrance will be held at the Moose Hall in Glenns Ferry on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009, at 1 p.m. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Dale was born May 28, 1968, to Cecil D. Irving and Mary Lou Lang.

Dale lived most of his life in Glenns Ferry and graduated from Glenns Ferry High School in 1986.

He enjoyed working in his yard and being outdoors. He was an avid treasure hunter and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by: his mother, Mary Lou; his sister, Dena Exeter; his grandmother, Lois Irving, and his extended family of Carol Irving, Vincent Evans, Luana Miley, and Veronica Diaz, as well as a step-grandmother, Joyce Sheppard.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil.
