Groat, Jensen to tie knot

Ralph and Karen Jensen of Blackfoot have announced the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Kayla Jensen, to James Groat, son of Jeff and Kristine Groat of Mountain Home.

The groom to be is a 2001 graduate of Mountain Home High School and has graduated from the welding program at Boise State University. He is currently serving in the United States Army and is stationed in Vilsek, Germany.

The bride to be is a 2005 graduate of Blackfoot High School and is working on a degree in journalism/public relations.

The couple will be married Jan. 3, 2009, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. A dinner and wedding celebration will be held following the ceremony.
