Homicide Suspects Arrested

At 1:41 p.m. Thursday afternoon, a black C-10 Chevy pickup occupied by two homicide suspects (out of Washington) was traveling eastbound on I-84 and were being tracked by Onstar.

The truck was later spotted by Elmore County Sheriff Deputies at the Desert Wind Chevron on Exit 90. Dispatch advised that both suspects had felony warrants out of Pasco, Washington.

At 2:15 p.m. the suspects were taken into custody without incident and transported to Elmore County Detention Center.

The suspects were identified as 25 year old Jose Garcia Morales and 28 year old Ramon Garcia Morales, both out of Washington.

Currently, Washington authorities are still investigating the case assisted by Idaho authorities.

    Good job law enforcement. Gotta laugh Onstar can serve more than one purpose as those 2 suspects found out.
