New Etter Park equipment

Members of the Mountain Home Lions Club and Elmore County Masons Lodge #30 gathered at Don Etter Park on Thursday to commemorate their joint effort in donating $7,000 for a climbing wall in the park's playground.

"Thanks to the very generous contributions from the Elmore Lodge and the Mountain Home Lions Club, we are able to show our sincere appreciation for a person who left such a positive impact on our city and its many thankful residents," said Shane M. Zenner, former Lions Club president.

"Don Etter was a great mayor, a great Mason, and a great Lion. He made this a great community to be a part of," Zenner added.
