Re-zone application expected this week.

Elmore County is expected to receive this week an application to re-zone 1,400 acres of agricultural land to industrial use, the first official step needed in the development of a proposed $4.5 billion 1,600-megawatt nuclear power plant in the county, the Mountain Home News has learned.
