Scooters need licenses

With the rise of the price of gasoline, motorcycle and scooter sales are going up. We are going to see more of them.

Now how can you tell if you need the motorcycle endorsement on your license? It is easy. If it is a combustible engine without pedals, you need your endorsement. It doesn't matter if it is 50cc or less. If it doesn't have pedals, it's a motorcycle.

A moped has both motorized and pedal propulsion or is powered by electrical energy. There is not a dealer in Mountain Home that sells a true moped.
