District Court

James Allen Floyd, 45, was found guilty for the possession of a controlled substance (11/21/03). Floyd was sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years probation. Floyd was fined $1,000 ($750 suspended) plus $458.50 in court costs.

Floyd was found guilty for a probation violation (11/21/03) and was sentenced to five years probation (retained jurisdiction).

Floyd was found guilty for a second probation violation (2/1/08). Floyd was sentenced to a determinate time of 18 months and an indeterminate time of three years and six months (232 days credited).

Tammy L. Warren, 46, pleaded not guilty to delivery of a controlled substance (2/20/05). The case was withheld.

Warren was found guilty for a probation violation (2/20/05). Warren was sentenced to 60 days in jail (0 days suspended) and 10 years probation.

Warren was found guilty for a second probation violation (2/20/05-retained jurisdiction).

For these charges, Warren was ordered to pay $400 in restitution.

Florentino Lugo, 37, was given acquittals to four rape charges (7/1/05).

Crystal Castillo, 23, was found guilty for grand theft (6/12/07). Castillo was sentenced to seven years probation and ordered to pay $107.50 in court costs.

Armando Saucedo Torres, 24, was found guilty for the possession of a controlled substance (11/18/07). Torres was sentenced to 198 days in jail (0 days suspended, 184 days credited) and seven years probation. Torres was ordered to pay $170.50 in court costs and $100 in restitution.

Thomas Edwin Bergstrom, 50, had a charge of driving under the influence dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Darin J. Henecke, 31, had charges of attempted strangulation and enhancement-domestic battery/assault-child present (4/9/08) dismissed on motions made by the prosecutor.

Magistrate Court

Craig AK Anderson, 20, had a charge of battery-domestic violence (7/7/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Anderson was found guilty for possession of a controlled substance (7/7/07). Anderson was sentenced to 2 days in jail (2 days credited).

Anderson had a charge of contempt of court (7/7/07) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Anderson was found guilty for a second contempt of court (7/7/07). Anderson was sentenced to two days in jail (two days credited).

Jessica L. Duyungan, 22, was found guilty for disturbing the peace-willfully disturbing neighborhood (11/2/07). Duyungan was fined $100 plus $77.50 in court costs.

Powell had a charge of driving without privileges (1/13/08) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Gregg Turner, 16, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (3/19/08) and ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Turner had a charge of contempt of court dismissed (3/19/08).

Clinten A. Petersen, 20, was found guilty for hunting, trapping or fishing without a license (5/4/08). Petersen was fined $23 plus $86 in court costs.

Michael L. Law, 17, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (5/7/08). Law was ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Victor M. Rivera, 30, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (5/18/08). Rivera was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.
