Magistrate Court

Jacqueline Ty Fouts, 44, had a charge of consipracy to deliver a controlled substance (11/20/06) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Fouts was found guilty for the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia (11/20/06). Fouts was sentenced to 90 days in jail (88 days suspended, two days credited), placed on two years and six months probation and fined $500 ($350 suspended) plus $230.50 in court costs.

Fouts was found guilty for a probation violation (11/20/06). Fouts was sentenced to three days in jail.

Fouts was found guilty for a second probation violation (11/20/06) and was sentenced to 40 days.

For these charges, Fouts was ordered to pay $200 in restitution.

Savanah M. Stuart, 22, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence (8/22/04). The case was withheld.

Stuart had a charge of failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (8/22/04) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Stuart pleaded guilty for driving a vehicle without owners consent (8/22/04). The case was withheld.

Stuart was found guilty for contempt of court (4/28/08). Stuart was sentenced to five days in jail (four days suspended, one day credited).

For these charges, Stuart was ordered to pay $7,572.02 in restitution.

Eloy Ortiz, 33, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence (6/4/06). Ortiz was sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended, two days credited), placed on 18 months probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $1,000 ($600 suspended) plus $632.50 in court costs.

Ortiz was found guilty for causing injury to a child (6/4/06). Ortiz was fined $250.

Ortiz was found guilty for a probation violation (12/24/07). Ortiz was sentenced to five days in jail, issued a work release and placed on six months probation.

Kenneth R. Rudisill, 23, was found guilty for an amended charge of grand theft (1/8/07-petit theft). Rudisill was sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended, four days credited), placed on one year probation and fined $500 ($200 suspended) plus $461.50 in court costs.

Rudisill was found guilty for a probation violation (1/8/07) and was sentenced to seven days in jail.

For these charges, Rudisill was ordered to pay $430 in restitution.

Timothy Wayne Reinier, 43, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (1/30/07). Reinier was sentenced to 60 days in jail (40 days suspended, seven days credited), placed on one year probation, had his drivers license suspended for one year and fined $600 ($600 suspended) plus $54 in court costs.

Reinier had a charge of failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (1/30/07) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Reinier was found guilty for a probation violation (1/30/07) and was sentenced to two days in jail (two days credited).

Von M. Bringhurst, 23, was found guilty for battery (3/26/07). Bringhurst was sentenced to 100 days in jail (85 days suspended, first eight days must be in custody), placed on two years probation and fined $750 ($500 suspended) plus $156.50 in court costs.

Bringhurst had a charge of battery (3/26/07) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jeremy F. Dean, 20, pleaded guilty for an amended charge of possession of a controlled substance (6/16/07-controlled substance-frequenting place, used, etc.). The case was withheld.

Dean had charges of the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (6/16/07) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Daniel S. Ramsbacher, 34, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (10/11/07-failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Ramsbacher was sentenced to three days in jail, issued a work release and fined $200 plus $150.50 in court costs.

Jesusa Angelina Reyes, 13, was found guilty for the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (11/17/07). Reyes had his drivers license suspended for 30 days and ordered to pay $87.50 in court costs.

Brian K. Black, 21, was found guilty for driving without privileges (12/2/07). Black was sentenced to 90 days in jail (60 days suspended, one day credited), placed on two years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $1,000 ($500 suspended) plus $90.50 in court costs.

Ariana McKinney, 19, was found guilty for an amended charge of battery-domestic violence (11/29/07-battery). McKinney was sentenced to 180 days in jail (175 days suspended), placed on 18 months probation and fined $1,000 ($900 suspended) plus $135.50 in court costs.

Tom Christ, 52, pleaded guilty for inattentive/careless driving (12/6/07). The case was withheld.

Victor L. McDaniel III, 22, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (12/11/07-failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). McDaniel was sentenced to two days in jail (one day credited).

McDaniel was found guilty for contempt of court and sentenced to four days in jail (four days credited).

Kerri A. Hernandez, 26, had an amended charge of aggravated battery (1/3/08-battery/domestic violence) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Hernandez had a charge of the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia (1/3/08) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Mark F. Ferguson, 49, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence (1/18/08-reckless driving). Ferguson was sentenced to 30 days in jail (26 days in jail, two days credited), placed on six months probation and fined $800 ($400 suspended) plus $75.50 in court costs.

Ferguson had a charge of possession of a controlled substance (1/18/08) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Cesar Espinoza-Marin, 24, was found guilty for inattentive/careless driving (1/26/08). Marin was fined $300 plus $78.50 in court costs. Marin had a contempt of court charge dismissed.

Kerena K. Works, 46, had a charge of driving without privileges (1/23/08 case) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Angela E. Trueblood, 27, pleaded not guilty to a charge of failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/10/08) that was dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Gerardo Calderon, 21, had a charge of failure to maintain liability insurance (2/19/08) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Calderon was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/19/08). Calderon was sentenced to one day in jail and fined $150 plus $137.50 in court costs.

Monica Marie Gaber, 25, had an amended charge of driving without privileges dismissed (3/1/08-offense by person owning/controlling vehicle). With the case dismissed, Gaber was ordered to pay $100 in forfeited bonds.

Erika C. Pedroza, 25, pleaded guilty for serving, selling or dispensing beer to a minor (3/20/08). The case was withheld.

Joshua M. Abplanalp, 23, was found guilty for driving under the influence (3/22/08). Abplanalp was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended, one day credited), placed on one year probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $1,000 ($500 suspended) plus $90.50 in court costs.

Amos A. George, 61, was found guilty for unlawful fishing (4/12/08). George was fined $25 plus $83 in court costs.

Kami C. Bolden, 17, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/27/08). Bolden was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Zachary R. Damjanovich, 30, was found guilty for driving under the influence (4/28/08). Damjanovich was sentenced to 16 days in jail (16 days credited) and had his drivers license suspended for 180 days.

Heriberto Mora-Flores, 23, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/25/08). Flores was fined $68.50 and ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Josiah D. Gliddon, 17, was found guilty for the possession, distribution or the use of tobacco by a minor (5/2/08). Gliddon was sentenced to 10 days in jail (nine days suspended), placed on one year probation and fined $300 ($150 suspended) plus $87.50 in court costs.

Albert J. Faber, (age unknown), was found guilty for reckless driving (5/2/08). Faber was fined $150 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Jesse T. Rice, 37, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (5/2/08). Rice was fined $68.50 plus $75.

Timothy A. Schwanke, 22, was found guilty for placing debris on public/private property (5/3/08 case). Schwanke was fined $100 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Garrick B. Gonzales, 18, was found guilty for the possession, consumption and purchase of an alcholic beverage by a minor (5/2/08 case). Gonzales had his drivers license suspended for 30 days and fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Derek M. Gallegos, 15, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (5/5/08). Gallegos was fined $118.50 plus $77.50 in court costs.

John H. Hiler III, 42, was found guilty for unlawful fishing (4/23/08). Hiler was fined $100 plus $83 in court costs.

Amada Martinez-Ibarra, 23, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (5/10/08). Ibarra was fined $68.50 plus $77.50 in court costs.
