Magistrate Court

Richard L. McElveen, 34, was found guilty for driving without privileges (4/23/04). McElveen was sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended), placed on one year probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $500 plus $302.50 in court costs.

McElveen had a charge of possessing a mutilated, altered, or revoked drivers license (4/23/04) dismissed by the prosecutor.

McElveen was found guilty for contempt of court (12/23/04). McElveen was sentenced to five days in jail (three days suspended, two days credited) and fined $100.

McElveen was found guilty for a second contempt of court (9/19/06) and sentenced to 26 days in jail.

Brandon Jacob Raber, 21, was found guilty for the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (12/29/04). Raber was sentenced to 60 days in jail (58 days suspended), placed into a treatment program, had his drivers license suspended for six months, placed on one year probation and fined $1,000 ($1,000 suspended) plus $63.50 in court costs.

Raber had charges of a probation violation (12/29/04) and contempt of court (2/21/08) dismissed by the prosecutor.

For these charges, Raber was ordered to pay $1,000 in forfeited bonds.

Derrick A. May, 27, was found guilty for the use or possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia (2/7/05). May was sentenced to 30 days in jail (28 days suspended, one day credited, all options in 60 days), placed on one year probation and fined $150 ($150 suspended).

May was found guilty for contempt of court and sentenced to five days in jail (two days in custody and four days sheriff inmate labor detail)

May was found guilty for a second contempt of court charge (4/7/06) and was sentenced to five days in jail (four days suspended, one day credited).

May was found guilty for a third contempt of court charge, sentenced to five days in jail (five days suspended) and fined $100 plus $4 in court costs.

May was found guilty for a fourth contempt of court charge and was sentenced to two days in jail.

May had a fifth contempt of court charge dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Micheil Patrick Erickson, 20 was found guilty for placing debris on public/private property (12/7/06). Erickson was fined $100 plus $399.50 in court costs.

Erickson was found guilty for the purchase, consumption and the possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (12/7/06). Erickson was sentenced to 10 days in jail (10 days suspended), placed on one year probation, had his drivers license suspended for 90 days and fined $500 ($300 suspended) plus $4.80 in court costs.

Erickson was found guilty for a probation violation (12/7/06). Erickson was sentenced to five days in jail (one day credited).

Thomas Edwin Bergstrom, 50, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence (7/3/07). Bergstrom was sentenced to 180 days in jail (170 days suspended, one day credited), placed on two years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days in jail and fined $1,000 plus $162.50 in court costs.

Bergstrom had a charge of a probation violation (7/3/07) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Randel L. Bean, 30, was found guilty for driving without privileges (8/8/07). Bean was sentenced to two days in jail, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $250 plus $90.50 in court costs.

Bean had a charge of failure to provide proof of insurance (8/8/07) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Bean was found guilty for contempt of court (10/8/07) and sentenced to five days in jail (five days suspended).

Deangelo D. Conley, 21, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of aggravated battery (10/9/07--amended to reckless driving). The case was withheld.

Jennifer R. Beaucher, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (11/11/07). The case was withheld.

William R. Porter, 37, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (12/8/07--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Porter was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $350 plus $175.50 in court costs.

Porter had a charge of failure to provide proof of insurance (12/8/07) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

David S. Stanley, 50, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (12/30/07--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Stanley was fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Stanley had a charge of failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (12/30/07) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Claudio Saucedo-Chavez, 23, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (1/22/08--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Chavez was fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Chavez was found guilty for failure to stop/leaving the scene of an accident (1/22/08). Chavez was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $200.

Daniel R. Acosta, 22, was found guilty for resisting or obstructing officers (3/2/08). Acosta was sentenced to 30 days in jail (29 days suspended, one day credited), placed on one year probation and fined $300 ($150 suspended) plus $77.50 in court costs.

Ian T. Nugent, 16, had a charge of driving without privileges (3/8/08) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Nugent was found guilty for the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (3/8/08). Nugent had his drivers license suspended for 90 days and fined $100 plus $95.50 in court costs.

Nugent was found guilty for the possession, use or influence of marijuana/paraphernalia by a minor (3/8/08). Nugent was sentenced to 30 days in jail (28 days suspended), placed on nine months probation and fined $500 ($300 suspended) plus $60 in court costs.

Jessie L. Jewett, 26, had a charge of dog-vicious dogs (3/11/08) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Dustin M. Boliver, 22, was found guilty for driving without privileges (3/12/08). Boliver was sentenced to two days in jail, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $250 plus $90.50 in court costs.

David A. Nolan, 23, was found guilty for failure to stop at/leaving the scene of an accident (3/10/08). Nolan was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jose L. Tamayo Moreno, 39, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/6/08). Moreno was sentenced to $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jose M. Gaspar Diaz, 24, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/13/08). Diaz was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Robert M. Vance, 39, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (4/6/08­--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Vance was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Sammy D. Rogers, 27, was found guilty for dogs running at large (4/17/08). Rogers was fined $15.50 plus $41.50 in court costs

Rogers was found guilty for no tags on his dog (4/17/08) and fined $68.

Miguel Robles, 37 was found guilty for the consumption and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container (4/17/08). Robles was fined $100 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Ronald Jason Ivey, 37, was found guilty for urinating in public (4/19/08). Ivey was sentenced to one day in jail (one day credited) and fined $100 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jacob N. Jessop, 19, was found guilty for driving without privileges (4/20/08). Jessop was sentenced to two days in jail, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $250 plus $90.50 in court costs.

Crystal M. Castillo, 23, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (4/19/08). Castillo was sentenced to 60 days in jail (40 days suspended, first five must be in custody), placed on one year probation, had her drivers license suspended for one year and fined $1,000 ($500 suspended) plus $90.50 in court costs.

Sarah A. Flewelling, 18, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/19/08). Flewelling was fined $68.50 plus $77.50 in court costs.

Kylie S. Pickens, 13, was found guilty for the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (4/21/08). Pickens was placed on six months probation, had her drivers license suspended for 30 days and fined $150 ($150 suspended) plus $93.50 in court costs.

Linley Morgan Smith, 16, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (4/21/08). Smith was sentenced to five days in jail (five days suspended), placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $99.50 in court costs.

Victor L. Dube, 36, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (4/22/08--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Dube was fined $150 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Raul D. Zacarias, 27, was found guilty for driving under the influence (4/27/08). Zacarias was sentenced to 22 days in jail (two days credited) and had his drivers license suspended for 180 days.

Zacarias was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/27/08). Zacarias was sentenced to five days.
