Mountain Home fell behind by 13, 31-18, in the first minute of the third quarter, but stormed back, and with David Bitrick's basket with 23 seconds left, tied the game at 35-35 after three. Kuna regained the lead, and the Tigers were never able to get any closer than one after that, as Kuna beat Mountain Home 54-49 for its sixth straight win.

Christian Halbach-Patterson led the Tiger scoring with 19 points. David Bitrick added nine, Damian Soliz, six, Tom Hennessey and Brock Morris both scored five and Jordan Warila had three points.

The Tigers bounced back into the win column last Friday night, downing Bishop Kelly 47-35 at home.

Mountain Home shot out to a 10-0 lead, and led 38-19 after three. Bishop Kelly went on a 10-0 run but the Tigers cashed in at the free throw line the rest of the way, hitting eight of 10 down the stretch to win 47-35.

Skyview 40

Mtn. Home 38

A slow start doomed the Tigers at Skyview Saturday, although they almost battled back to win it, losing 40-38.

Mountain Home trailed 12-0 before they finally scored, and came back to within seven, 16-9, after a quarter. A seven-point second quarter hurt the Tigers, as they trailed 28-16 at the half.

Mountain Home trailed by 10, 36-26, heading into the fourth quarter, but put together a good final quarter, holding Skyview to just four points. The Tigers had the ball in the closing seconds playing for the last shot, but were unable to get the shot off and lost 40-38.

Christian Halbach-Patterson and Damian Soliz led the Tigers in scoring with 15 points apiece, Brock Morris, four, Matt Bernyk and Jordan Warila, two each, and Taylor Phillips, one.

The loss dropped the Tigers to 12-3 overall, and 9-2 in conference play.
