Magistrate Court

Apolinar P. Negrete, 40, was found guilty for an amended charge of attempted strangulation, (amended to battery-7/23/07 case). Negrete was sentenced to 180 days in jail (168 suspended, 12 credited), placed on 2 years probation, and fined $1,000 ($1,000 suspended), plus $75.50 in court costs.

Debbie L. Byerly, 43, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges, (8/19/00 case). Byerly was sentenced to 6 months (5 months suspended), placed on 2 years probation, issued 300 hours of community service, had his drivers license suspended for 2 years and fined $1,971.50 ($1,000 suspended) and $361 in court costs.

Byerly was found guilty for criminal contempt, (8/19/00 case). Byerly was sentenced to 5 days in jail (5 days suspended). Byerly was found guilty for contempt of court and sentenced to 5 days in jail.

Frank F. Esklund, 46, was found guilty for disturbing the peace, (11/20/05 case). Esklund was sentenced to 9 days in jail (9 days credited) and ordered to pay $72.50 in court costs.

Esklund was charged with failing to appear for misdemeanor citation, the charge was dismissed by the court.

Jimmy L. Stanphill, 56, was charged with theft of labor/services/use of property -deception, (11/7/05 case), the charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Britany E. Jeffery, 18, was found guilty for possession, distribution and use of tobacco by a minor, (2/17/07 case). Jeffery was fined $100 plus $165.50 in court costs.

Chun-tat Tung, 24, was found guilty for an amended charge of inattentive careless driving, (amended to following too closely- violations-3/10/07 case). Tung was fined $20.50 plus $41.50 in court costs.

Richard L. Thorpe, 34, was charged with enhancement­--domestic battery/assault with a child present, (3/15/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Joshua W. Sisiam, 28, was charged with assault, the charge was amended to assault-domestic violence, (6/24/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Sisiam was found guilty for an amended charge of battery, (amended to injury to a child-6/24/07 case). Sisiam was sentenced to 180 days in jail (131 suspended, 49 credited), placed on 18 months probation, fined $1,000 ($1,000 suspended) plus $72.50 in court costs.

Sisiam was found guilty for a violation of a no contact order, (7/22/07 case). Sisiam was sentenced to 20 days in jail (concurrent w/case CR 2007-22040) and ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Heidi R. Carpentier, 27, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges, the charge was amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (6/29/07 case). Carpentier was fined $150 plus $72.50 in court costs.

Jose L. Rodriguez­-Escobar, 37, was charged with driving without privileges, (7/1/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Robert J. Ireland, 46, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (9/14/07 case). Ireland was sentenced to 4 days in jail (4 days credited) and fined $75 plus $75.50 in court costs.

During trial, Ireland was found guilty for contempt of court. Ireland was sentenced to 2 days in jail (2 days credited).

Kennith W. Johnson, 44, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (10/20/2007 case). Johnson was fined $144.

Micheal R. Hunter, 52, was found guilty for unlawful taking of game animals, birds, and fur bearers, (10/20/2007 case). Hunter was fined $100 plus $86 in court costs.

Esteban Vargas-Villanueva, 20, was found guilty for reckless-driving, (10/24/2007 case). Villanueva was sentenced to 10 days in jail (2 days credited) and fined $150.

Villanueva was found guilty for driving without privileges, (10/24/2007 case). Villanueva was sentenced to 15 days in jail (2 days credited), had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $150 plus $90.50 in court costs.

Maria T. Callderon Moreno, 20, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (10/25/2007 case). Moreno was fined $144.

Manfred L. Wilson, 23, was found guilty for game tags-unlawful transportation or use another person's license, tag or permit, (10/18/2007 case). Wilson had his hunting license suspended for 1 year, 1 month and 24 days, and fined $200 plus $83 in court costs.

Deborah E. Wilson, 41, was found guilty for game tags-unlawful transportation or use another person's license, tag or permit, (10/18/2007 case). Wilson had her hunting license suspended for 1 year, 1 month and 24 days and fined $200 plus $83 in court costs.

Tiffany Curl, 16, was charged with the possession, consumption and purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, (10/28/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Trevor D. Waters, 17, was charged with the possession, consumption and purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, (10/28/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Freddie Lopez-Negrete, 17, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (10/27/07 case). Negrete was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Lee Mardell D. Wilson, 49, was found guilty for game tags-unlawful transportation or use another's license, tag, or permit (10/18/07 case). Wilson was fined $200 plus $83 in court costs.

Harry C. Purdum IV, 41, had a charge of failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (6/4/05 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Purdum had a charge of failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (6/4/05 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Michelle D. Shook, 41, was found guilty for possession of a controlled substance (5/22/06 case). Shook was charged with 90 days in jail (75 days suspended, 2 days in custody, 13 days electronic monitor) and fined $1,000 ($1,000 suspended) plus $138.50 in court costs.

Shook had a charge of use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, (5/22/06 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Shook was found guilty for a probation violation (5/22/06 case). Shook was sentenced to 1 day in jail (converted to 15 hours community service and placed on 1 year probation.

Erica F. Solis, 26, had a charge of battery-domestic violence (12/27/06 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Michael Allen Barningham, 22, was found guilty for an amended charge of battery-domestic violence (amended to battery - 4/14/07 case). Barningham was sentenced to 90 days in jail (85 days suspended, 3 days credited), placed on 12 months probation, fined $500 ($350 suspended) plus $232.50 in court costs.

Barningham had a dispensing an alcoholic beverage, (4/14/07 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Sean L. Hale, 42, had a charge of driving under the influence, (5/5/07 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Ladevarian M. Veal, 21, pleaded not guilty to a charge of battery-domestic violence, (5/28/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Kevin G. Trader, 41, was found guilty for failure to validate or attach game tags to a carcass, (10/28/07 case). Trader was fined $150 plus $83 in court costs.

Trina M. Kinney, 31, had a charge of driving without privileges, (10/26/07 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Dana Coverston, 56, was found guilty for failure to validate or attach game tags to a carcass, (10/26/07 case). Coverston was fined $100 plus $83 in court costs.

Danille Martinez, (age unknown), was found guilty for a nuisance dog, (10/23/07 case). Martinez was fined $68.

Omar Vega Cortez, 24, was found guilty for driving under the influence, (11/4/07 case).
