C.J. Bish took the state Women's Class of the ISC Series

11-year-old C.J. Bish of Mountain Home, daughter of Kevin and Sandy Bish, recently captured her third state motorcross title in the Women's Class of the Idaho State Motorcross Series, and placed second in the 60cc class at the 2007 state motocross event held at the Owyhee Motorcycle Club track near Boise.

Bish, who has been racing since she was five years old, earned her state title as the youngest person on the smallest bike. She was facing 13- and 14-year-old racers who were riding 85cc and 125cc bikes.

An avid racer, she thanked the city of Mountain Home for reopening the motocross track at Optimist Park, and made a special note of the support she had received from her parents and grandparents in helping her compete.
