Jean Etter backs Schroeder

Dear editor:

We have an excellent slate of candidates for city council this year but my support is for Geoff Schroeder.

He has been a resident of Mountain Home for a number of years, is retired from the Idaho National Guard and is presently working at Mountain Home High School.

He is very active in community activities, participating in all the major parades, usually driving the National Guard tank.

He has been the chairman of the Christmas Cheer Basket project in past years and is already working on this year's project.

Mr. Schroeder is very capable and is willing to work with and for the people of Mountain Home.

I urge you to vote on Nov. 6 for Geoff Schroeder.
