Optimist Football -- MH Physical Therapy, C-2 Construction pick up wins

There were some exciting football games last Saturday in Optimist Football, and once again, a couple Mountain Home teams picked up wins.

In the Freshman (9-year-old) Division, C-2 Construction picked up their second straight win of the season, beating Blue Sky Bagels, 22-0. Moxie Java-TCBY lost to Green Zebra, 12-0.

In the Sophomore (10-year-old) Division, Johnson Brothers Hospitality dropped a close game to Meridian Orange, 12-6.

In the Junior (11-year-old) Division, Mountain Home Physical Therapy picked up a win, downing Intermountain Orthopedics, 12-0.

In the Senior (12-year-old) Division, Master Electric lost to Boise Police, 14-0.

In Flag Football (7- and 8-year-olds), Thrifty Car Sales and Elmore Medical Center both traveled up to Wood River, where Thrifty Car Sales faced Wood River Green, and Elmore Medical Center took on Wood River White. Mountain Home Auto Ranch took on Meridian Green. No scores are kept in Flag Football.
