MH Heavyweights lose tough one to East Valley

It looked like the Mountain Home Tiger Heavyweights were going to wrap up another win yesterday afternoon in Nampa, where up until the last few minutes of the fourth quarter, the Tigers were leading 14-6.

But East Valley fought back, scoring another touchdown and conversion and tieing the score 14-14.

In double overtime, the Tigers were unable to stop the Bobcats, who scored another six points and beat the Tigers, 20-14.

With a win over Nampa West last week at home, the junior Tiger team will be 1-1 for the season so far as they meet up with Kuna next week.
