District Court

William Jay Gazley, 41, had a felony charge for intimidating a witness that was dismissed by the court.

Magistrate's Court

Eric M. Velazco, 23, was charged with burglary (felony) it was amended to unlawful entry (misdemeanor). Velazco was found guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail (25 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation, and ordered to pay $300 in fines ($150 suspended), $213.50 in court costs and $12.99 in restitution.

Velazco was also charged with petit-theft. Velazco was found guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail (25 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation, ordered to pay $600 in fines ($300 suspended) and $12.99 in restitution.

Velazco was charged with contempt of court. Velazco was found guilty and sentenced to 5 days in jail (5 days credited) and ordered to pay $12.99 in restitution.

Velazco was again charged with contempt of court, found guilty and ordered to pay $12.99 in restitution.

Ricardo C J Beraun, 21, was charged with driving under the influence, this was later amended.

Beraun was found guilty, sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended, 1 day credited), placed on 1 year probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days, and ordered to pay $400 in fines ($400 suspended).

Beraun pleaded guilty to a charge of possession, consuming and purchasing of an alcoholic beverage as a minor. The charge was amended to driving without privileges and was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Beraun was charged with driving without privileges, that was amended to the possession, consumption and purchase of an alcoholic beverage.

Beraun was found guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail (56 days suspended), and have his drivers license suspended for 180 days.

Beraun was charged with two probation violations. The first violation, Beraun was found guilty and sentenced to 2 days in jail and placed on 6 months probation. The second violation, Beraun was found guilty and sentenced to 57 days in jail.

Arthur Vanderziel, (age unknown), was charged with driving under the influence. Vanderziel pleaded guilty, however the case is being withheld.

Megan M. Estes, 16, was charged with the possession, distribution and use of a tobacco product as a minor. Estes was found guilty and ordered to pay $100.50 in court costs.

Estes was charged with the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage. Estes was found guilty and had her drivers license suspended for 30 days.

Estes was charged with criminal contempt. Estes was found guilty, sentenced to 2 days in jail (2 days suspended) and ordered to pay $50 in fines. Estes was also found guilty for contempt of court.

Marcus H. Chambers, 20, was charged with driving without privileges. Chambers was found guilty, sentenced to 2 days in jail, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and ordered to pay $250 in fines.

Chambers was charged with failure to appear for his misdemeanor citation that was later dismissed by the prosecutor.

Shonna M. Smith, 19, was charged with driving without privileges, which was amended to failure to purchase a drivers license and holding an invalid license. Smith was found guilty and ordered to pay $150 in fines and $147.50 in court costs.

Joseph A. Lopez, (age unknown) had a charge of battery that was later dismissed by the prosecutor.

Daniel McCallum, 20, was charged with assault-domestic violence, which was amended to battery. McCallum was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days (174 days suspended, 6 days credited), placed on 2 years probation and ordered to pay $500 in fines ($350 suspended) and $207.50 in court costs.

McCallum was charged with the possession, consumption, and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage. McCallum was found guilty, sentenced to 60 days in jail (50 days suspended, 6 days credited), placed on 2 years probation, had his license suspended for 1 year and ordered to pay $1,000 in fines ($800 suspended)

James E. Swearingen, 40, was charged with battery-domestic violence which was amended to battery. Swearingen was found guilty, sentenced to 60 days in jail (54 days suspended, 2 days suspended), placed on 2 years probation, ordered to pay $500 in fines ($300 suspended) and $207.50 in court costs.

Jared Kent Yost, 26, was charged with driving without privileges, this was amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license. Yost was found guilty and ordered to pay $150 in fines.

Yost was found guilty of a charge of road closure restriction violations, and ordered to pay $100 in fines and $80 in court costs.

Jenipher C. Petersen, 19, was charged with driving without privileges. Petersen was found guilty, sentenced to 3 days in jail, had her drivers license suspended for 180 days, and ordered to pay $250 in fines and $87.50 in court costs.

Bobby J. Campbell, 25, was charged with driving under the influence. Campbell pleaded guilty, however the case is being withheld.

Chad O' Neill Helmick, 22, was charged with driving under the influence. Helmick pleaded guilty, however the case is being withheld.

Pascual Saucedo Martinez, 42, was charged with driving under the influence.

Martinez was found guilty, sentenced to 60 days in jail (53 days suspended, 2 days credited), placed on 12 months probation, had his driver's license suspended for 180 days and ordered to pay $1000 in fines ($500 suspended) and $125.50 in court costs.

Martinez was also charged with the failure to purchase and the holding of an invalid drivers license. Martinez was found guilty and ordered to pay $150 in fines.

Isidoro S. Martinez, 30, was charged with the failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license. Martinez was found guilty and ordered to pay $100 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.

Cesar Hernandez, 25, was charged of a drivers license or commercial drivers license violation. Hernandez was found guilty and ordered to pay $68.50 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.

Alfonso Martinez, 54, was charged of a drivers license or commercial drivers license violation. Martinez was found guilty and ordered to pay $68.50 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.

Gerardo Escobar-Rodriguez, 23, was charged of a drivers license or commercial drivers license violation. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $68.50 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.

Stephanie L. Fox, 36, was charged with the failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license. Fox was found guilty and ordered to pay $150 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.

Fox was charged with an infraction in operating her vehicle without liability insurance, the charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Donald R. Mondt, 48, was charge with the unlawful transportation (open container) of an alcoholic beverage. Mondt was found guilty and ordered to pay $125 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.

Dominque M. Ramirez, 17, was charged with the purchase, consumption and possession of an alcoholic beverage as a minor. Ramirez was found guilty, had her drivers license suspended for 30 days and ordered to pay $150 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.

Amanda J. Evans, 27, was charged with unlawful method of fishing (means, place, time, amt., possess). Evans was found guilty and ordered to pay $75 in fines and $83 in court costs.

David W. Meyers, 52, was charged with the unlawful taking of game animals, birds, and furbearers. Meyers was found guilty and ordered to pay $26 in fines and $83 in court costs.

Shonda K. Lalanne, 17, was charged with the possession, distribution and use of a tobacco product by a minor. Lalanne was found guilty and ordered to pay $115 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.

Ephriam V. Oliver, 78, was charged with driving on a divided highway/restricted access. Oliver was found guilty and ordered to pay $89 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.

Sara E. Ring, 16, was charged with the possession, distribution and the use of a tobacco product by a minor. Ring was found guilty and ordered to pay $115.50 and $77.50 in court costs.
