Magistrate's Court


Gary L. Grogan, 28, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. He was sentenced to five days jail time with five days suspended and was placed on probation for six months. Grogan had fines of $200 and court costs of $63.50.

Grogan had a misdemeanor charge for failure to provide proof of insurance that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Marco A. Lopez, 23, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had forfeited bonds of $500. Lopez had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Erin A. Knoell, 19, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for contempt of court. She was sentenced to five days jail time with five days suspended.

Lori A. Appodaca, 19, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court. She was sentenced to five days jail time with four days suspended and the jail time converted to 20 hours of community service. Appodaca was ordered to pay restitution of $480.

Zachary A. Hale, 18, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $200 and court costs of $147.50.

Randy L. Bevell, 48, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/ invalid drivers license. He was sentenced to two days jail time. Bevell had fines of $200 and court costs of $172.50.

Michael A. Glaspie, 28, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving without privileges. He was sentenced to two days jail time and credited with one day and his drivers license was suspended for 180 days. Glaspie had fines of $250 and court costs of $187.50.

Glaspie pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for failure to provide proof of insurance. He was sentenced to five days jail time and credited with one day. Glaspie had fines of $250.

Cesar Juarez-Arteaga, 24, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. The disposition was withheld.

Juarez-Arteaga had a misdemeanor charge for unlawful transport/open container violation that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jordan L. Hanan, 24, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for battery-domestic violence. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Hanan pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for malicious injury to property. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Michael Dennis Seng, Jr., 33, was found guilty of an amended misdemeanor for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. He had fines of $71.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Jose G. Sanchez-Martinez, 24, was found guilty of an amended misdemeanor for disturbing the peace. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time with 28 days suspended and he was credited with two days. Sanchez-Martinez was placed on probation for one year. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Don Lee Gross, 54, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for trespassing. No disposition stated.

Chris L. Anderson, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for purchase, consumption, or possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. His drivers license was suspended for 30 days. Anderson had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Anderson had a misdemeanor charge for placing debris on public/private property. He had fines of $50.

Jacob B. Corder, 25, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of a road closure restriction. He had fines of $26 and court costs of $80.

Alonso Cornejo, 30, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid driver license. He had fines of $65.50 and court costs of $75.50.

Calen I. Moore, 30, had a misdemeanor charge for battery-domestic violence that was transferred.

Jessica Juarez-Gil, 21, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $75.50.

Juan J. Reyes, 19, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. He had fines of $71.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Dale R. Streeter, 21, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for hunting, trapping or fishing without a license. He had fines of $23 and court costs of $83.

Cristal Martinez, 21, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $75.50.
