Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Collins of Mountain Home and Mr. and Mrs. Roberto Martinez of Pendleton, Ore., have announced the engagement of their children, Teresa Collins and Joshua Martinez.

The bride-elect is a dental hygienist in Hermiston, Ore. The groom-to-be is a manager of Baxter Auto Parts in Kennewick, Wash.

The couple met in Twin Falls, Idaho, while attending the College of Southern Idaho.

They plan a Sept. 23 wedding at Elegant Gardens in Kennewick, and will make their home in Pasco, Wash.
