Diane E. Schafer, 44, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for reckless driving. She was sentenced to five days jail time and placed on probation for six months. Schafer had fines of $100 and court costs of 72.50.

Aaron M.W. Thompson, 21, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 60 days jail time with 57 days suspended and was placed on probation for one year. Thompson was ordered to pay restitution of $100. He had fines of $500 with $300 suspended and he had court costs of $207.50.

Travis Boyd Hutton, 27, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. He was sentenced to three days jail time and credited with one day. Hutton was placed on probation for 12 months and had his drivers license suspended for 180 days. He had fines of $600 and court costs of $157.50.

Milley Hernandez, 24, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $200 and court costs of $74.50.

Hernandez pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for failure to provide proof of insurance. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Jamie Arlene Miller, 22, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $200 and court costs of $72.50.

Jesse C. Dunn, 48, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for battery. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Cyle J. Charbonneau, 21, had a misdemeanor charge for disturbing the peace that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Alan G. Bryant, 22, had a misdemeanor charge for battery-domestic violence that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Chet K. Rust, 35, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. The disposition was withheld.

Rust had a misdemeanor charge for consumption or possession by a driver of an open container of an alcoholic beverage that was dismissed by the prosecutor. He was ordered to pay restitution of $150.00.

Scott A. Ryals, 25, had a misdemeanor charge for violation of a no contact order that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jenny O. Newman, 27, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for transfer or use of anothers game tags. Her hunting license was suspended for two years. Newman had fines of $300 and court costs of $80.

Newman pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge unlawful taking of a big game animal without a tag. Her hunting license was suspended for two years. Newman had fines of $200.

Marc L. Newman, 27, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful taking of game animals. He was sentenced to five days jail time with three days suspended. Newman had fines of $100 and court costs of $80.

Newman pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for placing debris on public/private property. He was sentence to one day jail time. Newman had fines of $150.

Newman pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for transfer or use of anothers game tags. His hunting license was suspended for two years. Newman had fines of $400 and court costs of $80.

Carol J.S. Garrison, 53, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violating a road closure restriction. She had fines of $26 and court costs of $80.

David D. Dewey III, 23, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for reckless driving. He was sentenced to 10 days jail time with 10 days suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. Dewey had fines of $750 with $350 suspended and he had court costs of $72.50.

Madison S. Ducote, 15, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $68.50 and she had court costs of $72.50.

Joseph William Frick, 21, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Darrel Anton Newsom, 21, had a misdemeanor charge for failure to carry drivers license on person that was dismissed by the court.

Angela Kristie Richardson, 36, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $74.50.

Roy Nelson Baulman, 29, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for trespassing. He was sentenced to two days jail time and credited with two days. Baulman had court costs of $72.50.

Samantha J. Serradell, 20, had a misdemeanor charge for trespassing that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Serradell pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for battery. She was sentenced to 60 days jail time with 58 days suspended. Serradell was credited with two days and placed on probation for one year. She had fines of $500 with $450 and court costs of $107.50.

Ramiro O. Pedroza, 18, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Rudolf Jackson, 27, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $275 and court costs of $72.50.

Francisco J. Lara-Gonzalez, 29, had a misdemeanor charge for driving without privileges that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Corey T. Gilbert, 29, had a misdemeanor charge for assault-domestic violence that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jesse D. Ward-Orman, 21, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 60 days jail time and credited with 10 days. He had court costs of $82.50 and was ordered to pay restitution of $100.

Jason Jonathan Hunter, 29, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for false imprisonment. He was sentenced to 365 days jail time with 200 days suspended. Hunter was credited with 25 days and placed on probation for two years. He had court costs of $72.50.

Hunter pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for violation of a no contact order. He was sentenced to 365 days jail time with 200 days suspended and he was placed on probation for two years.

Diana Rosa Pothier, 25, had a misdemeanor charge for failure to maintain liability insurance that was dismissed by the court.

Hugo Martinez, 18, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Jose Rito Molina-Larios, 21, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving without privileges. He was sentenced to two days jail time and credited with two days. His drivers license was suspended for 180 days. He had fines of $250 and court costs of $87.50.

Martha Munoz-Rodriguez, 28, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. She had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.
