District Court


Daniel K. Johnson, Jr., 33, had a felony charge for probation violation that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Charles J. Scott, 51, pleaded guilty to a felony for probation violation. He was sentenced for a minimum of two years and a maximum of five years with credit for 233 days already served. Scott was ordered to pay restitution of $200. He had fines of $250 with court costs of $447.50.

Cheyenne M. Campbell, 28, was found guilty of a felony for probation violation. She was sentenced for a minimum of three years to a maximum of four years and credited with 448 days already served. She was ordered to pay restitution of $100.

Campbell was found guilty of another felony charge for probation violation. She was sentenced to a minimum of three years to a maximum of four years and credited with 337 days served.

Edward J. Higgins, 43, pleaded guilty to a felony charge for probation violation. He was placed on probation for four years and the court will retain jurisdiction.

Daniel L. Fogleman, 27, pleaded guilty to a felony for aggravated assault. He was sentenced to a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years with credit for 38 days served. He was place on probation for five years and penitentiary was suspended. Fogleman was ordered to pay restitution of $300. He had fines of $500 and court costs of $347.50.

Fogleman pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for failure to notify upon striking an unattended vehicle. He was ordered to pay restitution of $300.

Gerald J. Stewart, Jr., 42, was found guilty of a felony for burglary. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time with credit for one day. Stewart was placed on probation for five years and ordered to pay restitution of $838.65. He had court costs of $97.50.

Stewart had a misdemeanor charge for malicious injury to property that was dismissed by the prosecutor. He was ordered to pay $838.65 in restitution.

Christine A. Feldmeier, 36, pleaded guilty to a felony for possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to one day jail time and credited with one day. Feldmeier was placed on probation for three years and ordered to pay restitution of $350. She had fines of $250 and court costs of $417.50.

Ashley A. Snow, 23, pleaded guilty to a felony for aiding and abetting the delivery of a controlled substance. The court will retain jurisdiction.

Magistrate's Court


Mauricio Zavala, 26, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for probation violation.

Daniel L. Fogleman, 27, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for probation violation.

Fogleman pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for reckless driving. He was sentenced to 60 days jail time with 55 days suspended and he was placed on probation for 12 months. Fogleman had fines of $500 with $500 suspended and he had court costs of $72.50.

Fogleman pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. He was sentenced to 90 days jail time with 75 days suspended. Fogleman had fines of $500 with $500 suspended.

Katherine A. Cotnoir, 28, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving without privileges. She had fines of $500 with $250 suspended and she had court costs of $212.50.

Cotnoir had a misdemeanor charge for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation that was dismissed by the court.

Brian Walker, 22, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for hunting, trapping or fishing without a license. He was placed on probation for one year. Walker had fines of $150 and court costs of $80.

Walker pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for providing false information to an officer regarding identity. He was sentenced to five days jail time with four days suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. Walker had fines of $300 with $150 suspended.

Zachary R. Knobel, 19, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for reckless driving. The disposition was withheld.

Knobel had a misdemeanor charge for possession, consumption, or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Cynthia Rose Moeller, 21, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving without privileges. She was sentenced to two days jail time and her drivers license was suspended for 180 days. Moeller had fines of $250 and court costs of $87.50.

Timothy M. Little, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, consumption, or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. He was sentenced to 10 days jail time with 10 days suspended. Little was placed on probation for one year and his drivers license was suspended for 180 days. He had fines of $500 with $250 suspended and he had court costs of $72.50.

Cesar P. Ortiz, 29, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Lonnie L. Adams, 64, had a misdemeanor charge for failure to carry license/exhibit on request that was dismissed by the court.

Jorge E. Antonio, 33, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Daniel K. Cuttlers, 38, had a misdemeanor charge for failure to carry license/exhibit on request that was dismissed by the court.

Alejandro D. Lopez, 24, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for reckless driving. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Karen Lynne Kluber, 45, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for urinating in public. She had fines of $54.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Brandon Jacob Raber, 21, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to five days jail time and credited with three days. Raber had court costs of $82.50.

Diana Rosa Pothier, 25, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to maintain liability insurance. No disposition was listed.
