Miller, Rodriguez to marry

Cynthia Rodriguez and Joseph Miller

Joseph W, Miller, the son of Richard and Lisa Miller of Mountain Home, and Cynthia M. Rodriguez of Mountain Home, the daughter of Homero F, Rodriguez and Maria T. Fuentes of Tex., have announced their engagement.

The wedding is planned for July at Legacy Park with a reception to follow.
