District Court

Timothy Allen Paglia, 23, pleaded guilty to a felony for probation violation. The court will retain jurisdiction. Paglia was ordered to pay restitution of $200.

Alan F. Rohr, 29, had two felony charges for lewd conduct with a child under 16 that were dismissed by the prosecutor in December 2003. More recently, Rohr had seven misdemeanor charges for dispensing alcoholic beverages to minors that were also dismissed by the prosecutor.

Rohr pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for disturbing the peace that was dismissed by the court.

Magistrate's Court

Brandon Jacob Raber, 20, had a misdemeanor charge for probation violation that was dismissed by the prosecutor. He had forfeited bonds of $1,000.

Shannon I. Milburn, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, distribution, or use of tobacco by a minor. She was sentenced to six days jail time and was placed on probation for one year. Milburn had fines of $300 with $150 suspended and she had court costs of $65.50.

Ralph E. Whiffen, 44, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for battery. He was sentenced to 180 days jail time with 175 days suspended and he was credited with two days. Whiffen was placed on probation for two years. He had fines of $500 with $400 suspended and he had court costs of $177.50.

Robert B. Clapier, 47, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He was sentenced to two days jail time with the option to perform 40 hours of community service work. Clapier had fines of $150 and court costs of $96.50.

Robert B. Ellison, 23, had a misdemeanor charge for use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Ellison was found guilty of a misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 60 days jail time with 58 days suspended and he was placed on probation for 12 months. Ellison had fines of $500 with $250 suspended and he had court costs of $342.50.

David D. Van Etten, 18, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for vandalizing, defacing, or damaging property with graffiti. He had fines of $50 and court costs of $72.50.

Adrian John, 20, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, consumption, or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time with 28 days suspended. John was placed on probation for one year and had his drivers license suspended for 60 days. He had fines of $500 with $250 suspended and he had court costs of $87.50.

Winnie J. Stiner, 55, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for a dog license violation. She had fines of $50 and court costs of $72.50.

Jacob George Huddleston, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for purchase, consumption, or possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. His drivers license was suspended for 90 days. Huddleston had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Huddleston pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, distribution, or use of tobacco by a minor. He had fines of $75.

Gary E. Hall, 53, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for battery. He was sentenced to one day jail time and credited with one day. Hall had fines of $227.50 and he had court costs of $72.50.

Michele Dawn Zupkow-Clippard, 31, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for assault. She was sentenced to 60 days jail time with 45 days suspended and was credited with 15 days. She had fines of $500 with $350 suspended and she had court costs of $72.50.

Zupkow-Clippard pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for malicious injury to propery. She had fines of $500 with $400 suspended.

Zupkow-Clippard had an amended misdemeanor charge for assault that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Shannon I. Milburn, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, distribution, or use of tobacco by a minor. She was sentenced to 20 days jail time with 15 days suspended and was placed on probation for six months. Milburn had fines of $500 with $250 suspended and she had court costs of $132.50.

Bryan David Tucker, 17, had a misdemeanor charge for purchase, consumption, or possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Kayla N. Fanger, 19, had a misdemeanor charge for possession, consumption, or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Natasha S. Burroughs, 20, had a misdemeanor charge for possession, consumption, or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Aaron J. Conley, 20, had a misdemeanor charge for possession, consumption, or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Luis M. Elizarraras, 15, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $74.50.

Ted W. Farmer, 16, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for reckless driving. He had fines of $150 and he had court costs of $72.50.

Sarah L. Luckraft, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for purchase, consumption, or possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. She was placed on probation for six months and her drivers license was suspended for 30 days. She had fines of $300 with $150 suspended and she had court costs of $72.50.

Veronica F. Solis, 24, was found guilty of an infraction for dogs running at large. She had fines of $15.50 and court costs or $41.50.

Solis was found guilty of a misdemeanor for lack of tags on dog. She had fines of $4.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Michael William Eaglin, 22, pleaded guilty of a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. He had fines of $150 and he had court costs of $72.50.

Patricia F. Koss, 54, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful method of fishing. She had fines of $100 and court costs of $80.

Richard J. Taber, 52, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful method of fishing. He had fines of $100 and court costs of $80.

Angel Lopez-Magana, 19, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $74.50.
