Homer Williams, 57

Homer Earl Williams, 57, of Mountain Home, was killed in an auto accident with his brother, Carl, on Friday, Oct. 27, 2006, near King Hill.

No funeral services are planned. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.

Homer was born on Feb. 4, 1949, in Fayetteville, Tenn., to Rufus and Lena Williams. Homer was raised and schooled in Tennessee.

Homer served 26 years in the United Sates Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant. During his years of service he served in Vietnam and at numerous other bases throughout the world.

Homer enjoyed fishing, bow hunting and being in the outdoors. He also enjoyed working at and was a Department Manager at the Mountain Home Wal-Mart.

Homer is survived by: his son, John "Chris" Williams; his daughter, Patricia Williams, and one grandchild, all of Peoria, Ariz.; his sister, Margaret Campbell, and two brothers, Leon and Ray Williams, all of Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by both his parents.
