Sienna Rose Hoffman, infant daughter of Lee and Estaphanie Hoffman of Mountain Home, died at a local hospital June 3, 2006.

No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Aclesa Chapel and Tribute Center, Boise.
