McCrosties plan golden anniversary

John A. ("Mac") and Beverly J. McCrostie of Mountain Home will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 4.

The couple was married Sept. 4, 1955, in Sterling, Colo. They came to Mountain Home AFB in 1973, and moved to Mountain Home in 1975. "Mac" served for many years as head of the city's public works department before retiring.

They have three children and four grandchildren.
