Heather Fredericksen, infant daughter of Donovan and Katrina (Katie) (Lazarowski) Fredericksen of Mountain Home, died April 26, 2005, at a Boise hospital.

Heather was born April 26, 2005.

Per the request of her family no services were held.

Survivors in addition to her parents, are: maternal grandparents Stan and Sue Lazarowski of Mountain Home and paternal grandparents Robert and Lisa Woodruff of Mountain Home.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, Mountain Home.
