Frances "Fran" H. Wyatt, 81, of Mountain Home, died Monday, March 1, 2004, at her residence.

Funeral services were held Friday, March 5, at the Nazarene Church in Mountain Home. Burial followed at Mountain View Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Summers Funeral Homes, McMurtrey Chapel.

Fran was born Sept. 16, 1922, in Lincoln, Neb., the daughter of LeRoy and Clara (Martin) Caves. She attended school in Havelock and Northeast High Schools in Lincoln.

During WWII, Fran was one of the Rosy the Riveters for Ryan Aeronautics.

Fran married Mitch Wyatt on May 28, 1947 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Fran enjoyed arts and crafts, painting, sewing, and bowling. She was a member of the Nazarene Church, a member of the Eastern Star and a 4-H Leader in her younger years.

Fran is survived by: her son, Paul Wyatt and his wife, April, of Mountain Home; daughter Michelle Wise and her husband, Gary, of Brookings, Ore., six grandchildren and two great- grandchildren; and sisters Elenore Caves and Carol Hoover and sister-in-law Lucille Caves, all of Lincoln, Neb.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Mitch, one brother and two sisters.
