Crawfish festival set

The first Crawfish Festival will be held in Mountain Home July 4-5 at Carl Miller Park., from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day.

The event will feature dinners of boiled crawfish with corn and potatoes, crawfish stew, other crawfish items, rolls and a beer garden.

Cajun Southern also will offer chicken, ribs, jambalaya and "dirty rice."

Other merchandise vendors will be set up.

Music will be provided by Serrat Storm and the Blue Tail Twisters, Greg Grant of Missoula, Mont., an Elvis impersonator and other musicians from the area.
