  • No doubt that both Ybarra and Jana Jones would make an outstanding selection as Superintendent...but that is NOT what our sitting Governor wants for the state's public education system...

he wants it to mirror our broken prison system (out-source, privatize and dysfunctional)

Whoever is elected from these two will have to face a resistant and hostile right-wing conservative legislative majority who's only agenda is slash and cut politics! Not to mention the task of

reviving a dying educational system that is poorly funded and is ranked 49th in the U.S.

But, let's face it, this is IDAHO and neither of these well qualified and motivated educators will stand a chance against who our sitting Governor wants in office...it's all about who can continue

the status quo, downward spiral and elimination of state funded public education.

Randy Jensen is the choice, come now, do you really think that Otter will allow a forwarded minded, education first and foremost Superintendent to be in office...the current goal is not to

stay at 49th, but to reach the number of 50...all at the expense of tens of thousands of school children who DESERVE a first-rate education.

Jensen has the political and financial backing of one of the most powerful Idaho governors to ever be in office. Otter doesn't need the headache or push back of a Superintendent who will put

EDUCATION first...come now, we are talking about right-wing, ultra conservative Butch Otter here...

So, I will cast a vote for Ybarra knowing that my vote is really a wasted one, because in the end, it will be between Jensen and Jones, and who in their right mind thinks that

this state would EVER elect a state public official that has a D as their political affiliation (only exception, is a few minority of state legislators). So, it's really a for gone conclusion...

Get ready Idaho for the number 50! Here would be a great campaign slogan for Jensen "Vote Jensen for State Superintendent, he is the educational side of Tom Luna"
