First Day Off In a Long Time!

"The condition of a mans garage, is a window to his soul" a wise man once told me. If you are a small business owner like me, it's hard to find personal time. I have been neglecting my garage therapy for several months; I just haven't felt like cleaning it up. Other things in my life have been going in strange directions. Something has to be done! A call to action to address this nonsense, during my day off! Since I don't listen to country western, playing one of the songs backwards would be fruitless; I did the next best thing, clean the garage floor in preparation for the many projects that await me. First sweeping, this clears ones head of the small stuff that ends up bouncing around, like a ricocheting bullet. Once these annoying little tidbits of daily life are swept away what's left are the big issues. I use an acrylic paint on my garage floor that keeps a complete record of each project etched in the surface. Scuff marks, spilled glue, grease, a little bit of gasoline tends to rearrange the whole texture, you name it, it's there. Hot water along with my favorite cleaner is applied and with a mop, my exercise for the day starts. Before I realize, it's done; clean enough for another coat of paint when the cement warms, that's not today. I feel like facing another week now and can't wait for spring to arrive. Here's a thought for you, Beau, if you don't like what he talks about in his blog, dont't read it.
And my response is... if you don't like my response to his "blog", don't read it.
BTW, the 4 current responses is record for John & his blog.

"Here's a thought for you, Beau, if you don't like what he talks about in his blog, dont't read it."
Umm, how exactly am I to know if I like what he is taking about in his blog unless I read it?
But I do like a nice neat garage way more than I dream of Mexico.
Hey we are up to 7 or 8 responses.
