Do we really need Big Brother telling us what to eat or not eat. The Government has already to much control over our life's. When they start paying for and fixing what I am to eat then they can control what I am going to eat, until then they can go to heck. To add to it I have also seen where the Government is wanting all your medicial records posted on line and then are going to monitor them, I so that is also to tell you what health care your going to get and by who. Its not of their business, like spuds is none of their business.

A bit more info put out by KTRV.

So ridiculous! You hit it on the head Kelly. Parents would have to parent. Imagine the atrocity!

  • I was always taught it's not the potato, but how it is prepared and served. A baked potato with non-fat ranch is darn tasty.

Kids want fries? Then they learn to eat baked fries at school.

Look at the overweight kids, and then look at the parents. Wonder where they got their eating habits? That we can't fix, but we can insure that healthy potato's are served in school.

  • How about more home schooling and charter schools? Wonder how the feds would like that.

  • Then maybe the feds won't be telling school kids what to eat if they aren't in public schools.Fat police would still be there though. Just my opinion.
