If you could ask Gov. Romney any question, what would it be?

Maybe a reasonable question but the same question should apply to Obama also.

"Gov. Romney, you have worked hard your entire life and made wise investments with your money. What do you have to say to the Democrats who want to take your money and re-distribute it to those who haven't worked as hard or to those who are reckless with their money?"

Follow-up question: "I understand you didn't make the rules and are just obeying them but, apparently a lot of people think you aren't paying enough in taxes. Do you think that the top 1% of earners, paying an extra 15-20% in taxes, will have any affect on our national debt?" "Or would it be more benificial to the country if you were able to keep YOUR money and spend it on things YOU would like to spend it on, thus creating jobs that way?" "Obviously if you give the Government an extra 3 million/year, who knows what they will spend it on, we know it won't be jobs. But, if you take that 3 million and buy you a new house, maybe a few cars, nice clothes, and take your nice wife out to eat, then we know that money is going to keep people employeed and possibly creating new jobs."

  • Gov. Romney, how soon will you repeal Obamacare, which you pointed out, will bankrupt this country?

  • And a follow-up question: what will you do about the 16 million deficit?

  • Gov. Romney I understand that you give to many Charities, however how are you going to help all the people in the United States who have lost jobs, and homes due to the economy and weather disasters? How will you create Jobs within your first year in office?

  • Gov Romney, How will you ever get rid of the "etch-a-sketch" candidate label when in January you vow to veto any passage of the DREAM Act and then in April you propose a "Republican DREAM act"? Follow-up if you will Sir. How does your plan to eliminate state income-tax and state property-tax deductions help the middle class?

  • Interesting questions. I always thought the debt was 16 trillion and the deficit was about 1.6 trillion. 20+ million a year in income plus over 200 million in investments should created bunches of American jobs. I just wonder how many. There have been over 2 million new jobs created in the last 3 years, not enough by any means, but a start. First time in a decade new jobs are being created in the manufacturing sector.

  • Oh, I forgot the UN. Couldn't be soon enough. Foreign aid, when we aren't broke, we can talk about it.

The last one is very very good.

  • While I am not excited about Romney being the Republican Candidate. I think the same way that everyone has expressed. What would you ask Obama in turn?

One thing that Romney said early on in the debates that I found very interesting about the budget and cuts was; Not what programs to cut, but what programs can we afford to keep?

We can afford to keep many things if the silly stuff is put aside. Anyone with common sense can agree about that.

So I guess my question would be to both of them, What can we afford to keep?

Next, would be would you be willing to take a pay cut or donate your salary to charity during your entire term in office?

I think I would ask those questions to anyone running for office.

Gov. Romney what are you going to do about the blowback?

-- Posted by shockwave on Thu, Apr 19, 2012, at 12:41 PM
  • Dear Romney, how does it feel to have thousands if not millions of American people blindly following your campaign around? Also Romney, how does it feel to have the basis of your own health care law passed in Massachusetts being the basis of the Obamacare? Not to mention a series of flip-flops, how would you support one bill one minute and the next minute, go completely against it?
