Interesting things you find in the comments section

I enjoy reading articles of all kinds and find some of the comments to the articles extremely interesting. Sometimes the spelling or punctuation or grammar isn't the best, but I look to the message, not the box.

Here is an interesting tidbit. I didn't touch it up at all.

Big banks Too big to fail were created by Congress. Not intentionally but by sheer stupid. One congress being constipated, and the next with explosive direa. Government fixes a perceived problem only to take ex-lax for their head cold. The real problem is that the national political machinery has run common sense into the ground. Party first nation second. Now it is the belief of these elected that if they get rich first, then everyone else will become rich. Two examples Pelosi and Boehner. Politics has unfortunately become the religion of choice. Oh, but wait this was warned about some 223 years ago. If a government bureaucrat decides how much he is worth, nothing but scoundrels appear.These scoundrels think nothing is more pleasant than taking your property and spending it on something else for themselves - re election.

By God, I think he's got it!

I agree with you Buckshot61. It it is rather like watching weeds take over your flower garden. Some days you can't pick them out fast enough.

Well the free marketers would say, just don't fly them, but what if they are the only airline on that route?

AMUZEME......I call it corporate gouging.....market will bear.......let the corporations support the airline normal people should drive or greyhound would do well to put in a none stop express bus between the too.And of course middle class America will suffer in more ways than one.....but who cares about that.....it's only us peons........merry xmass

Buckshot, no I don't think that in most instances. There are very few always or nevers in my world. The one thing I didn't check was to see if that route is on the subsidized route list. You know that list that came about with Reagan's deregulating of the airline industry, but that's a whole other blog issue.

I will be fair about the list, it was the democrats pound of flesh for allowing deregulation of the airline industry.

Short routes were subsidized before deregulation.
