  • I agree with you Buckshot61. It it is rather like watching weeds take over your flower garden. Some days you can't pick them out fast enough.

  • Well the free marketers would say, just don't fly them, but what if they are the only airline on that route?

  • AMUZEME......I call it corporate gouging.....market will bear.......let the corporations support the airline normal people should drive or greyhound would do well to put in a none stop express bus between the too.And of course middle class America will suffer in more ways than one.....but who cares about that.....it's only us peons........merry xmass

  • Buckshot, no I don't think that in most instances. There are very few always or nevers in my world. The one thing I didn't check was to see if that route is on the subsidized route list. You know that list that came about with Reagan's deregulating of the airline industry, but that's a whole other blog issue.

  • I will be fair about the list, it was the democrats pound of flesh for allowing deregulation of the airline industry.

  • Short routes were subsidized before deregulation.
