Seems to me this is how our system works. Find a niche market and take advantage of it. People may not like it but we certainly shouldn't stop it...or should we?

Mike, sheriff Joe isn't all that great. Being investigated for basically ignoring assaults including rape committed against illegals. This includes rape of minor girls. Obstruction of justice, a whole laundry list of things. And before you bring up how other countries tend to ignore our rights when we are there, I always thought we were better than them. Rape of a child is is WRONG and doesn't get a pass because she is not here legally, or her parents aren't here legally.

While I remember the good old days also, I also remember all the bad things of the good old days. Words and terms used that I will not mention here. The ones I used when I sent you an e-mail. Those aren't the good old days!

Every older generation has found lots that it didn't like about the younger generation and wished for the good old days. Thank God there has been progress. While today isn't perfect, in many ways it's a far cry better than the good old days.

I was really hoping this blog wouldn't really go political, and stay focused on the morals or lack thereof in regards to the picture that is in the link. Since it hasn't, here goes. The sexualization of children has become a big business. Just look at the shows on cable. Funny thing though, a huge uproar over a show about American Muslim families, and not a freaking word about what is being done to little girls! They are becoming a commodity used to sell clothes, makeup, etc. And not a word! A whole profitable industry built around corrupting little girls and not a word! This is the great and glorious private sector that is the salvation of our country? Turn little girls into sex objects for profit? And people wonder why I have a problem with the private sector. These pictures and shows prove they have zero morals when it comes to making a buck!!!!!

Lastly, CJW, the good old days included the lynching of black people be cause they got uppity and stood up for their rights. Have you forgotten that? That's what Lamont was talking about.

CJW, and things wont change as long as there are folks out there who make comments like "My wetbacks or my "n's". This is a learned behavior. It passes from generation to generation. I know white slavery still exists here, just the same as Asian slavery.

Now on to the real subject of the blog.

I know a woman who lives in this community who was a slave in the 60's and 70's. She was born in a third world country and around the 6th grade was taken and put into forced labor. She got away around her 18th birthday and eventually made it to the states. She has raised three professional kids, never talks about her time behind walls except with her cousin who was a slave with her. She lived through martial law, all guns taken, except for the government and police, and no voting. She likes it here.

Oh, the terms I used, I heard just last year while out working and conversing with some folks in the neighborhood I was working in.

Stages Moms have always been around. Some of the High Profile Celebrities had a pushy Mom standing behind her/him . Oh, Mike, I did some research and and the total amount of foreign aid and that includes military aid is 48 billion dollars. That equals 3% of the deficit spending. 48 billion sounds huge, 3%, not so huge.

Joe,I don't think I'm better than "others". A remark was made concerning the parenting skills of a set of parents, I voiced my opinion that those skills are far better than the skills that teach hate and intolerance of others based on race, color, origin or sexual orientation. Trying to ignore the fact that these words are still being taught and used, even by some people on these blogs doesn't cut it.

As the grandfather of 5 bi-racial grandchildren, I really take offense at those slang terms. I remember having the crap kicked out of me because I stood up for my friends in school who were those slang terms.

OM there has been many interpretations on the term "Jews walked Meekly"
