What Am I Bid?

America is being sold out from under us, and Americans themselves are being turned into 2nd class citizens in our own country, though not enough people realize that yet to band together and DO something about it.

The most recent example is that pot growing area in Oregon. Just one more place where the bad guys have felt free to TAKE OVER, because really...........what gets done?

In Arizona, the Feds have posted signs at the boundary lines of National Parks, WARNING AMERICANS to stay OUT of their own public recreation areas that they are TAXED for...........but the Feds have NOT seen fit to go IN there and clean them OUT!

They used National Guard to put down AMERICAN disturbances like Kent State in the 60's, WACO (where cult leader David Koresh jogged outside of that compund almost daily and they COULD have grabbed him anytime they wanted to-----instead of waiting until every tv camera was on it, and then GRANDSTAND, which only got a bunch of innicent people killed).......then there was Ruby Ridge, where Vicki Weaver and her baby were obviously terrorists and that sniper was turned loose on them....

We use our GUARD units to supplement our REGULAR troops over in the mid-east now.

But we don't deploy them HERE while the roaches are continuing to crawl in under our "woodwork". National Guard............hmmmm......what does "NATIONAL" mean to YOU? Here in America (as far as I know, anyway), we do NOT have an "INTERNATIONAL Guard"

Arizona......if I was the next president, the first thing I'd do, is throw Eric Holder in jail for treason. That "LAWSUIT" is no different than if a building out on base caught fire.......the Fire Department doesn't respond, so 2 dozen airmen quickly band together with water hoses, shovels & dirt and put the fire out THEMSELVES--------next thing they know.....the Base Commander decides to COURT-MARTIAL the AIRMEN for interfering---------------

"That's the Base FIRE Department's job....not YOURS"

"But..........the Fire Dept NEVER SHOWED UP....and we called them FIVE TIMES, and MY house might be NEXT if we didn't stop it!"

"Are you questioning ME, MY office, and My prestige?" says the ATTORNEY GENERAL.....who had ADMITTEDLY never even READ the friggin' Federal Border Laws himself?

They never take the time to read ANYTHING....they just draft up half of this crap in the middle of the night and give it to Obama to sign.

Do you HUNT?.........FISH?.......let somebody from Fish & Game catch you with the slightest infraction, and see what happens. Nobody has the "time, equipment or manpower" to travel the terrain looking for any TRULY ILLEGAL activities.......the fisherman down by the bank is much "easier game." and a SURE CITATION if you want to look hard enough for something.

It isn't "intrusive, degrading or demeaning" to demand a drug test for a JOB APPLICANT.........but it IS for a WELFARE applicant.

See how that works?

CRIME. I still recall a most MEMORABLE televised "gun control" debate, where the liberal panel was calling for a total ban of all handguns, (as usual). The NRA's Wayne LaPierre pointed out that 84% of all guns (at that time) were in the hands of honest law-abiding citizens, and that other 16% were mostly made up of guns that nobody bought through dealers, so there was no paperwork......and ANYWAY, if there WAS a LEGAL BAN..........the "BAD GUYS" would never turn THEIRS in anyway!

Senator Howard Metzenbaum, being the liberal "#&^*@##%#" HE was, says..........."Well, at LEAST we would get that 84% off the streets!"

yeah.....that's RIGHT, Howard.......let's just disarm the HONEST and make it even EASIER for those who DIDN'T comply...............just like Holder & Arizona, it makes you wonder WHOSE SIDE they are on.

We warm up to Hugo Chavez, offer to help NORTH Korea, and welcome the SAUDIS here to Mountain Home......but we throw our allies under the bus.

Our property values and property taxes pass each other going in opposite directions.......but we're in "recovery." I'll believe THAT when my wallet starts reflecting it.

The IRS will make YOU account for every penny.........but the "boys & girls" back there in D.C. blow MILLIONS of our dollars every week, and account to WHO?......WHO?

We're supposed to "respect" everyone else's cultures while they SPIT on US.

"Pedro" in Chile loses his house in a flood. Our tax dollars build him a new one.

"Charlie" in Mississippi loses HIS home in a flood......if he QUALIFIES, we may give him a "low-interest" LOAN.

See how that works?

We borrow money from China, and then give THEM foreign aid! If they actually NEEDED foreign aid, how could they afford to loan money to US? Anybody ever think of that?

The government prints out money when it needs it, without anything tangible to back it up. THEY don't consider that as "counterfeiting."

YOU TRY THAT.

Anybody heard anything about Butch Otter selling 30,000 acres of land south of Boise to the Chinese? If it's true, what do ya suppose THAT's all about?

There is considerable property here in America that IS owned by foreign countries. Do you suppose an American can OWN LAND down in Mexico? Check THAT one out, along with the REST of THEIR rules that apply to "foereigners"......yet it is WE who are so "unfair and mean-spirited, prejudiced, arrogant" and whatever ELSE they come up with from time to time.

We have been the most generous, most GIVING and TOLERANT country in history.

But before we "GIVE" until it's all GIVEN AWAY, we need to stop.......before we get sold to the "highest bidder."

Continuing to raise taxes as some kind of "automatic cure" everytime the government gets into trouble, is financial SUICIDE.

Taxes don't NEED to go up. The wasteful SPENDING needs to STOP, and government needs to be DOWNSIZED.

Like a good friend of mine was telling me just this past Saturday, the "created" should NEVER have power over the "creator"........we "CREATED" that monstrosity back there, so I would think we can certainly "UN-create it" as well.

They are sent to Washington to represent us........not to REGULATE us.

If the Dems ever get that figured out, and decide to join with the rest of us in a joint cause, we can put things RIGHT again (no pun intended), and maybe it WON'T HAVE to come to another "1776"

Of course, if we DO get sold out completely and taken over, all bets will be off.......even the patriots won't adhere to the Constitution or any other set of rules.

When that happens, maybe I'll have to go back to San Francisco. We "Potrero Hill" boys never went by any rules in the first place.

"So what am I bid for the west coast?.....sunny weather, 1200 miles of slightly polluted beachfront properties......plently of empty storefronts on vacant lots........some of the roads are still paved......we'll start the bidding in Euro-dollars........or the currency of your choice..........who'll start the bidding at a hundred thousand?............."

Wait a Minute here, I love San Francisco, matter of fact Im moving there I like so much and Yes its for in part for the proper Medical treatment for my wife and I Cancer, its called Medical Marijuana, call them Pot heads or what ever. Medical Hemp works for Cancer its a Wonder Medication.

Write Gov. Butch Otter and ask him to support "H0019" which is the New Idaho Medical Marijuana Law that is currently in "Health and Welfare"

I AM a cancer survivor, Freedom, and I suggest YOU look up "Hydrazine Sulphate." Been in remission the last three years, and they haven't hit me with an OUNCE of chemo or radiation.

It's completely safe, and there are NO "side effects."

And nobody's ever been jailed for using it.

My husband's parents at one time owned a piece of undeveloped land down there. AND if you had did a research you will see we Americans are allowed to buy land down in Mexico.

Side Effects

Safety

Many complementary techniques are practiced by healthcare professionals with formal training, in accordance with the standards of national organizations. Allergies

Avoid in individuals with a known allergy or sensitivity to hydrazine sulfate.

Hydrazine sulfate can potentially cause allergic reactions. Rash has been reported.

Side Effects and Warnings

The FDA and the US Department of Health and Human Services have determined that hydrazine sulfate may cause cancer when swallowed.

Hydrazine sulfate is a skin and mucus membrane irritant. When swallowed side effects may include weakness and excitability, nausea, vomiting, pruritus (itching), headache, dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, weakness, irregular breathing, confusion, low blood sugar, lethargy, violent behavior, restlessness, seizures, coma, and peripheral neuropathies (a disease or abnormality of the nervous system). Sweating has been reported in two patients in a small clinical trial.

Periarteritis nodosa and lupus has also been associated with hydrazine. Polyarteritis nodosa is a serious blood vessel disease in which small and medium-sized arteries become swollen and damaged when they are attacked by rogue immune cells. Lupus is a chronic inflammatory disease that can affect various parts of the body, especially the skin, joints, blood, and kidneys.

Hydrazine has been associated with low blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, septic shock, congestive heart failure, and facial swelling. A fatal case of liver and kidney failure has been reported.

Anorexia, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, and hunger have been reported. Elevation of liver enzymes and "bad cholesterol" (LDH) have been reported.

Studies in humans have reported possible thrombophlebitis (vein inflammation), although it was unclear whether it was drug related. One report suggested hydrazine-induced platelet aggregation (blood clotting). Methemoglobinemia, a condition in which the iron in the hemoglobin molecule (the red blood pigment) is defective making it unable to carry oxygen effectively to the tissues, has been noted.

Hydrazine sulfate has been reported to cause paresthesia (upper and lower extremities), arthralgia or pain, depression, distorted sense of taste, palpebral tic, slurred speech, and hiccup; it may also affect fine motor functions. A paresthesia is a sensation of burning, prickling, tingling, or creeping on the skin that is often seen in multiple sclerosis (MS). Hydrazine sulfate either inhaled or used on the skin may cause irritation, burns, and permanent damage to the eye. Mydriasis (dilation of the pupil) and nystagmus (rapid involuntary oscillation/movement back and forth of the eyes ) have been reported.

In a clinical trial, one patient had visual and auditory hallucinations.

A chest X-ray of a person who handled hydrazine for six months showed fluid in the lungs. An autopsy revealed severe trachea inflammation, bronchitis, and death due to pneumonia. Oral hydrazine sulfate may cause irregular breathing. Inhaled or topical use of hydrazine sulfate may cause bronchial mucus destruction, pulmonary edema, cancer, and death. Dyspnea (shortness of breath), rhinitis (inflammation of nasal mucosa), and cough have also been reported.

Use cautiously with drugs that are toxic to the liver or kidneys or in patients with liver or kidney disorders.

Hydrazine sulfate may lower blood sugar levels. Caution is advised in patients with diabetes or hypoglycemia, and in those taking drugs, herbs, or supplements that affect blood sugar. Blood glucose levels may need to be monitored by a qualified healthcare professional, including a pharmacist, and medication adjustments may be necessary.

Hydrazine sulfate may cause high blood pressure. Caution is advised in patients taking drugs that increase blood pressure or in patients with high blood pressure.

Use cautiously with sedatives, antihistamines, drugs used to treat seizures, bleomycin (a chemotherapy drug), and antipsychotics.

Avoid with antidepressants (monoamine oxidase inhibitors, selective serotonin reupate inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants), meperidine, sympathomimetics, cyclobenzaprine, dextromethorphan, and levodopa due to the possibility of hypertensive crisis (dangerously high blood pressure) and/or serotonin syndrome.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Hydrazine sulfate is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women due to a lack of available scientific evidence.

Okay This comment is for everyone here but especially mtnhomer.

Q:Does marijuana pose health risks to users?

Uh yes it does anything you burn and inhale poses a health risk. Being around a camp fire poses a health risk, getting into a car poses a health risk, walking down the street poses a health risk. But guess what it is a choice, exactly what America is suppose to be based on, whether or not its legal, you have a choice to wear a seatbelt right. Now get this, more people die every year drinking alcohol, smoking cigaretts, drinking diet soda, using asprin, using a car, drinking caffine, and even eating fast food than people using marijuana.

And guess what else, NO ONE, NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS EVER DIED FROM OVERDOSEING ON marijuana, wanna know why? Because it is impossiable for the human body to ingest enough THC in one setting to kill you. When the government tested it on monkeys they continuously pumped marijuana smoke into the monkey's system using gas masks (minus the very much needed oxygen), and continued to pump untill it killed the monkey... Well after the monkey fell asleep anyways.

Next we have the one joint = five ciggarretts, that is totally bogus, first of all its 2011 no one smokes joints anymore, using a BONG filled with water filters out alot of the harmfull chemicals in the smoke, vaporizing takes even more out leaving only the THC behind, then there is also edibals, some people dont even smoke it, they can eat it, or even drink it, having no effect on your lungs.

Next we have the people going to rehab for it. When faced with a judge telling you that you can either go to jail or go to rehab, what would you choose? Obviously the place that has more freedoms right, and instead of months its only weeks.

Q. Does marijuana harm anyone besides the individual who smokes it?

The only people its harms are the people that are against it, people go years without being caught, then the family finds out about it, and they make it a big deal.

Marijuana affects many skills required for safe driving: alertness, the ability to concentrate, coordination, and reaction time. These effects can last up to 24 hours after smoking marijuana. Marijuana use can make it difficult to judge distances and react to signals and signs on the road.

Alcohol does the exact same thing, only at a higher level, people still drink and drive today, I hear country songs at work everyday that condones drinking and driving, i know cops that drink and drive. Who would you rather be on the road with, the drunk who doesnt really care what he is doing or is possibly blacked out, or the stoner driving slower and trying to avoid getting pulled over? And trust me on this if i grew up in a family where i had to decide if i wanted my parents to be Stoners or Alcoholics, I would pick the Stoner parents everytime. You never here about a stoner coming home from the bar or whereever and beating his wife and kids. If you had to pick one or the other who would you choose? (Lucky for me i have wonderful parents who never used any subtance)

This is my favorite, because i can guarantee that of every person that has used any type of substance, used alcohol, ciggarretts, or even caffine, FIRST. The only reason people call it the "GATEWAY DRUG" is because it is illegal, people think to themselves "well i already broke the law once, so may as well try something else."

and those are the people that have no self control. If marijuana were really the gateway drug we would have about 100 million users of other drugs individually and that's just not the case.

Marijuana is a dangerous, addictive drug that poses significant health threats to users.

So is alcohol. Make that illegal. Oh, wait, we already tried that! The prohibition act--which might I add did not work and is not working with marijuana.

Marijuana has no medical value that can't be met more effectively by legal drugs.

Oxycotin is pretty much the same as heroin.

Vicodin does the samething as pot, but if you dont eat anything with vicodin it messes up your stomach, pot makes you eat. What would you choose? A pill with a laundry list of side effects or a natural plant that does not cause other issues to your health?

Pot can help with eating disorders, and YES it is a pain killer. Yes it can cause anxiety, thats because its illegal, if pot users didnt have to be worried about being caught it wouldnt be a problem. As far as muscle loss goes, hit the gym go swimming, whatever it takes.

Marijuana users are far more likely to use other drugs like cocaine and heroin than non-marijuana users.

How would you know if you have never tried it?

Yes i have used pot, no i dont use it now, i do support it, but not one time while using it did i ever say to myself "this makes me want to use cocaine and heroin." That is a stupid claim.

Drug legalizers use "medical marijuana" as red herring in effort to advocate broader legalization of drug use.

Yes i support legalization of marijuana, but guess what everthing else needs to remain illegal, i even believe that alcohol should be illegal. Cigarett companies wont tell you what they do to cigaretts, what other chemicals they put into it. Well i can tell you right now what growers do to pot, they grow it, they clip it from the stem, hang it upside down and dry it, weigh it out, bag it up and sell it. And all the non taxed money goes right into there pocket, and they go out and buy cars, boats, jet skies, houses, take care of kids, and other family members, and even pay bills with that money.

Of course any information you get from a government site is going to tell you all sorts of bad things about pot, but there are plenty of legal things that are ten thounsand times worse than a little bit of pot.

Legalization would open up so much opportunitys for America, you have the users that ingest it or smoke it, then you have the world of HEMP, clothing, paper, gasoline, rope, all sorts of different things. The Declaration of Independents was written on hemp paper, fords first car ran off of hemp fuel. Big Oil saw Hemp as a threat to there industry and had a hand in having it illegalized.

I do think that people should be drug tested to recive welfare, the welfare system is abused enough. I do however, think that a job should not make anyone drug test for less than $12.00 an hour.

Now im done here, and this is all im going to post because i know it will be dissed and i will probably be called a few names because some of you are like grade school children, but i dont care, (and i mean i really dont care). I strongly believe that Marijuana, Weed, Pot, Indica, Sativa, Green Monster, Cannibus, whatever you want to call it SHOULD BE LEGALIZED. I HIGHLY (no pun intended)believe it would save America, but people need to be properly informed first.

I have never smoked weed but I know its been around forever and it became illegal in the US .....Washington D C in 1906. Why?

Im not a liberal, Cancer has already take away my ambition and drive along with some body parts.

believe me MtnHomer if you've walked the road Ive walked, you go ahead believe what you want, what are you going to do if one day your wife says she has cancer what are you going to do, keep maybe the only treatment that could relieve her suffering away from her, think about it.

while you and your wife sit on your deck and drink Crown Royal Cask 16 life's good,,at least for now, but one day cancer may strike, I hope you make the right decisions. please keep in your memory' Hemp Oil for that one special day we hope never comes but always seems too, Cancer.

Over 30 years ago, I did a speech in HS about Marijuana and the effects on your chromosomes and your childrens. I still believe to this day that is is bad for you.

I may be a minority in thinking this. But they lace it with so many chemicals now that are harmful! And I do know that it is a gateway drug for some. There are people in the world who will never have enough stimulation and will justify it somehow.

That being said. Hemp Oil I think is a very different process and used for something altogether different. I could be wrong in this assumption.

Call me a prude, but smoking a joint never appealed to me in the least. And so, I never did. I didn't like the idea of breaking the law and I still don't.

Believe it or not, My Dad caught me at 4 years old pretending to smoke a cigarette. He told me that he would spank me if I ever did. It made quite an impression on me.

I did smoke a few over the years and could very well see how it could become a habit. But that first warning really put me off smoking. So Dad must have put the Fear of God into me at an early age.

All things put to our use in this world can be used for bad or good. Medical Use of Marijuana is something I think should be a personal thing between you and your doctor.

Taking illegal drugs has never appealed to me. I guess because I was more afraid of what my parents would do if I happened to get arrested. But then again, I have a hard time remembering to take my vitamins too.

sometimes there are just things that cannot be agreed upon. You will always have people who ruin their lives through excess and others who can do almost anything and never have a problem.

I think that I would have a problem should I choose to drink or take drugs. Therefore, I choose not to introduce that to my already complicated life.
