We have a LOT in common. I ALSO say "Both sides of the aisle"............which is why I heavily advocate ridding Congress of ALL the incumbents, regardless of party.

What we have NOW............clearly isn't working. If you had a store and some of the employees were stealing from you, you'd FIRE 'em, right?

Well...........every 2nd, 4th and 6th November that rolls around, we get to do just that!

But if we let thieves continue to work for us, when we COULD toss 'em out...............that's clearly a "SHAME ON US" and we'll get exactly what we deserve.

Bush was inept, but for all his faults...........we DID get HIT on his watch, Obama did not.

Wars cost. Why did the Dems in Congress agree to keep funding it when it was not being handled correctly? Congress DOES control the pursestrings.

The president.........ANY president, can't do it by himself. It isn't just US paying the price either.............what's being generated NOW is going to be dropped on our kids and grandkids.

Nobody in their right mind is going to call for impeachment. Not with Biden and Pelosi next-in-line to take over. And anyway, they don't have the votes at the moment. But no matter how the numbers shake out in November, nobody wants Biden, or anyone else in that circle back there.

Anyway..........impeachment means nothing today. They "Impeached" Bill Clinton, but he was never removed from office, so what did that accomplish?"

Nobody should be attacking wives and children, although that has never stopped the left from going after Sarah Palin & HER family..........even TODAY, a year & a half AFTER the election ended.

The Birmingham bombings were clearly the work of the KKK, who warrant no more respect than these Islamic terrorists.

If you go by what the president said......even the KKK would have that same "legal right" to build a headquarters next to that same church that was bombed............but it would be wrong, and the ensuing anger from the citizens would be just as justified as it is with the intended mosque.

It's not up to US to see to it that the president succeeds. He is currently on his ELEVENTH vacation THIS YEAR........this time at Martha's Vinyard. He spends more time, shooting hoops, playing golf, campaigning for his party members, and vacationing, when he SHOULD start spending some serious time at the desk. Congress is in recess everytime we turn around...........makes me wonder if ANYTHING is getting done, besides sending money to Mexico and suing Arizona.

Actually, a lot of us WOULD prefer to see him succeed, because things are continuing to slide downhill, and we would ALL like to have a little prosperity back. But it needs to be done honestly, openly and correctly.

Do you realize that the Democrats have COMPLETE control in every house, and STILL fight within themselves? The Republicans don't have enough votes to stop ANYTHING, yet they STILL get the blame for "holding things up!"

How do the Republicans pose "some kind of OBSTACLE" when they can't control ANY vote back there? Obama took over with a trillion dollar debt. It is now THIRTEEN and the Dems have done this on their own. They've had TOTAL CONTROL since the inauguration...........so if Obama doesn't "succeed", there is NO WAY our side is behind it............they've had NO SAY.

The problem they're having with the mid-terms, is that they have to explain things to an angry citizenry, with NOBODY to point any fingers at this time, because they've called EVERY SHOT.

True Bro.......there probably ARE some out here who would rather see kids starve than see Obama succeed, but they have no control over that.

The Dems have control, so if Obama doesn't succeed............it ain't OUR fault. We're all just a bunch of little "nobodys" at the moment.

i will say thIS......if this president had done anything against the constituion the right would have already called for impeachment.......and believe me a lot of us know that........me personally i think that there are a lot of cowards out there who hid in plain sight......when you attack wifes and children........and disrepect the office you are saying a lot.......so dont ask for my repect people like that have none comming they are the same type of people who bombed a church in bermingham AND killed 4 children......and then said they were provoked.......but i know that doesnt count because the people it happened to still dont fully count..........right.........presidents do not govern in a vacum........help from the right was needed to right the country.......that help could possibly have gone a long way......the right would rather you and i stavre,lose our home,and anything else we own than to see this president succed.....i dont call that national allegiance........what do you call it......//?????

Since WHEN............did THIS president become concerned with a Constitution that he and his cohorts in Congress have essentially TRASHED since DAY ONE......................and only USE it when it might be CONVENIENT to DO so.

Dude, it wasn''t a group of IRISHMEN who flew those airplanes into those buildings, and a lot of New Yorkers in particular find it offensive.

How could a President, who took an oath to uphold the Constitution, come out against the construction of the mosque/cultural center? That would be in direct opposition of the First Amendment. In addition, the building two blocks away from the 9/11 site. These people were not those who perpetrated the attack on the World Trade Center. Do we not understand the possible consequences of bypassing the First Amendment because of a religious preference?

As already stated, there are already over a hundred mosques in New York City servicing 800,000 Muslims. Will one more affect the situation considering that it's not on the site of 9/11.
