I am interested in this Community, County, and the beautiful state of Idaho. Most of my photos will be in Idaho, but from time to time, they will be my vacations aay from Idaho. You'll see lots of my Children and Grand children, along with others in my family. Of course there will be horses and horse related things, and things I photo'd horseback.

Christmas Time Visit

I'm slow doing a blog, but it's been a season of visiting and enjoying my families company. I hope you all did the same!!

As always we all spent a lot of time together, and though we didn't manage to get everyone together all on one day, I couldn't have asked for more loving moments with each of them.

Who remembers olden time events such as stringing popcorn and making popcorn balls? I know that there are a lot of serious issues in the world today, but let's not forget that the children and possible leaders of our country, can and should have this type of memory to fall back on.

Such looks of concentration!

We managed to get several families together ….. it took several days, but we got it done!

I had my sagebrush tree, and not really sure I need to do it again. LOL I failed!

Grandpa wore some of them out, and some were looking for Santa !

This is the long long table that we have to have every year. This year Jessica hosted Christmas dinner, and though she sweated and worried, it was as good as it gets. She may now have to own it!

Anyone recognize these folks?

I was blessed to have a visit from my wayward daughter, and of course I took advantage and had the boys over to play with their cousins. My dog Sam also got in on the play. There is nothing that makes this dog happier than jumping on the trampoline with a pack of his kids.

Naturally, I had to get those kids all together for memory shot

New Years rolled around and we had a visit from our newest Grand daughter. So, a New Year's Eve party had to be had

Just a few memories made.

Yes, I worry about what's going on in the world, but I'm not going to let these days go by without making extraordinary memories for these kids to remember.

You are sooo right about the memories being something to fall back on. That little fella's intensity guiding the needle thru the popcorn is a spittin' image of my grandson. The more complex the task, the more likely the tongue can help!
