CHRISTmas #2

Somewhere along the line, 20ish years ago, I started having "Christmas Breakfast" 

I'd make breakfast casseroles the night before, to pop into the oven on Christmas morning.  Then the kids would get up, and they'd do all the whoopin and hollerin' while ripping open brightly colored gifts.  You know, the gifts that were so painstakingly wrapped with care? 

Then, my folks, sisters, brothers and many random friends would come for breakfast.  Not always at the same time,... kind of a revolving door affect. 

My daughter Jess has taken that tradition and carried it on.  Kind of cuz I've gotten a bit lazy, and let her, and she's so perfect to us, that she loves doing it.  And "what comes round, goes round" 

Of course when Wayne and his daughter and I get there, Jillian has to show her some of her loot.  That is a sleeping bag with Peace Signs on it.  Takes me back to the 60's-70's... how about you?

Jillian is showing Megan her new book.  And of course, making Megan read it to her. 

Christmas toys are for kids.  Big kids, little kids.... whatever.  Evan loves RC toys, and this is his new helicopter.  Some of you may see him in town, flying it over head.  He has recently bought a new camera to mount on it, to get Aerial Photographs.  How cool is that? 

Jilly got new boots, and had to make sure we saw them!

I got new gloves,

so Joey is making sure I saw them!

Or is he incarnating Michael Jackson?
