Every year there is a wonderful opportunity for young kids around here (and far away) to get together for fun, and to show what they can do. Billy & Kristin Riley have done this for about 13 years, and this is the last year that they are spear heading this event. It is my understanding the Casey Ferrell and his wife are going to take over this fun! They will be looking for help, and I"m sure Billy & Kristin will help, but more will be welcome..... don't be shy! This year it was August 14, and it will be about the same time next year. It just too fun to miss..... so don't! Little kids get the opportunity to show their skills, and they are sooo adorable! These next 2 are a couple of my grandchildren! I LOVE seeing Dads enjoying participating Stick horse racing Barrel racing for all ages Allisyn is one of my kids too. We are very proud of her! Obviously, older kids go much faster! Steer riding will probably always make me nervous, but it's darn popular, with girls and boys alike OUCH! Muttin Bustin' is one of my favorites to watch, though scarey too! With the real little ones, Dads don't really let them ride, but it makes them feel 'big' This is Casey Ferrel helping a child 'off' Riding backwards is popular, and this young girl rode a long long way More to come some time!

I am interested in this Community, County, and the beautiful state of Idaho. Most of my photos will be in Idaho, but from time to time, they will be my vacations aay from Idaho. You'll see lots of my Children and Grand children, along with others in my family. Of course there will be horses and horse related things, and things I photo'd horseback.

Great photos. Cute kids. What a neat program. I am glad someone else agreed to take it over. These are the programs that help to educate our youth in the area of ag and livestock (I think of them as pets and family):
Thanks for the photos. Horse shots are GREAT! I need to borrow a horse if you know of someone with a really nice, gentle, well broke horse with good manners. I would like to ride but have no options at the moment. I could either take the horse and feed it and keep it here or pick it up when I ride. If you know of one...I sure would LOVE a horse to ride. Many thanks. Being without my Chey has not been good. Thanks Jess.
What happened to Ruby? Did she go to a new home? I thought she'd be a perfect saddle horse.
