  • Sorry for your loss. People can be quite ignorant about taking care of things.

  • It seems like damaging the property should be against the law. That's too bad that they did that.

People that do things like that, though, in the long run hurt themselves more than anyone else.

  • It's a gamble when you offer up your property. I'm not just saying about Mountain Home, it could happen anywhere, usa.

I hope you never have tenants like that again

  • I am happy we got them out! It took about a month to go through the whole process. First I gave them a 3 day notice and wait and then move on to the next step and wait and then wait and wait lol!

    I have nice tenants now

  • I guess we were pretty lucky, so we were told. I have been a landlady since 1975 not the same house not always the same state and nothing happened like this until now. I wish there was a hot line like a list of who not to rent to. I would love to put the word out on these people, however not sure if its legal. Always got to protect those that do harm.

well we are off to Boise, hope the interstate is thawed out.

  • Yes you can publish negative things about people as long as it's the truth.

  • I'm not going to put their name out here on a public blog. Many people know who they are now and if any one who has rental property and wants to know who they are they can contact me at Crookmaa@aol.com

  • I was just looking over some old text messages I had saved from one of my tenants in the story.

Before she moved into my house she had moved in a house that had deer living in it. She said she cleaned all the deer poop and hay and fixed the broken window the deer jumped through.

    Oh Boy !
