Dec 9: My own Taylor Swift video (give or take a Taylor)

I love watching the waves come in like I am right now. I'm not sure this place would constitute a beach, but it's where the water meets the land.

I decided a few days ago that wherever I live next is going to be near the water. I was happy to realize that the short list of cities I want to live in next are near water. I just hope I'm not too busy there to enjoy living by the water.

Nobody died last night so this must not be a horror flick, though Tara screamed as if it were when a bird decided to camp out in her bag while she showered.

The campgrounds are really pretty, located in the middle of the jungle. The sound of wildlife echoed through the night and we've seen several small creatures.

We checked out the horses today. First we rode in a horse-drawn cart around the park, with a red dirt road and trees on both sides, being pulled by a white horse felt very enchanted. I felt like I was in a Taylor Swift music video.

There were supposed to be tours on horseback, but for some reason, they no longer do those. Instead we each got to take a turn riding a horse around a small, fenced-in pasture that was every bit as exciting as it sounds.

So far this trip, we've traveled by car, bus, taxi, boat, horseback, train, horse carriage and a plane waits in Asuncion in five days. We've also hitchhiked and took the bike tour in Mendoza. We've really gotten around any way we can.
