Terrorism Czar-John Brennan (Salary $172,200): is the Deputy National Security Advisor for Homeland Security.. He was previously director of the National Counterterrorism Center from 2004 through 2005. During the 2008 Presidential Election, he was an advisor to Obama and a major contributor to the campaign. Obama does take care of his people.
RED FLAG! Brennan was Obama's top pick for CIA director, but he withdrew his name in November 2008 after fears that Congress would bring up their concerns about his past affiliations. Instead, Obama appointed Brennan to a White House job that does not require Senate confirmation. HUGE RED FLAG!! Brennan's involvement in a company that was caught red-handed breaching sensitive files during Obama's campaign. In March 2008, it was revealed that Brennan's company, The Analysis Corp was under investigation. "Obama's passport file was improperly accessed three times that year, and the security of passport files of the two other major presidential candidates -- Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican John McCain -- had also been breached. Sources who tracked the investigation tell Newsmax that the main target of the breach was the Obama passport file, and that the contractor accessed the file in order to "cauterize" the records of potentially embarrassing information. The passport files include "personally identifiable information such as the applicant's name, gender, social security number, date and place of birth, and passport number," according to the inspector general report." (Newsmax-Ken Timmerman) So let me see if I have this correct. Brennan was involved in accessing sensitive passport information that would have included Obama's birth certificate. He publically apologizes for the actions of "contract employees" and is rewarded with a cush job? I wonder what embarrassing information he was trying to keep from the public? Whatever it was, it certainly helped this man's career and Obama paid him well for his help. Sorry, John, as if it really matters, but I give you a thumbs down! In a rare situation, I am AGAINST Bill O'Reilly. Bill Maher made a statement that America was a stupid nation and O'Reilly went after him for it. I wrote an E-Mail to Fox, reminding O'Reilly that America was INDEED a stupid nation, and rhe majority of voters PROVED than last Novemeber.
I doubt he'll AIR that comment, though, but it made me feel better just to send it!
Yeah I think we should of elected the old war hero and the Quiter Pansy Palin.

And MsMarylin....if you happen to be a mother, you might do a little soul-searching on how much lying and pounding you would subject YOUR kids to, at the hands of a liberal-based media that is SO SCARED of Palin's ability to draw crowds and motivate....and the chance of that happening against your "Annoibted One" in 2012......that they continued to go after her EIGHT months AFTER the election was over.
For what other reason would they be THAT concerned? Unlike "Slick Willie" with Monica, Sarah ar LEAST had the decency to realize these attacks were taking away from her time to do her job, and resigned for the good of the state.
Ever the "good Democrat", Clinton had no friggin' shame and just ducked and kept a low profile for months on end, putting the whole country "ON HOLD" while Congress tied up taxpayer time looking into the Lewinsky scandal.
Palin didn't see a need to tie up taxpayer money and time. She put Alaska FIRST, stepped down graciously and turned it over to # 2.
As a governor, Palin did a very good job running the State of Alaska. Obama, as a senator, never ran anything but his mouth, and just look at the MARVELOUS job he and his cohorts have done so far.
In just 6 months, he has QUADRUPLED the debt he "inherited", the Government now runs the car companies, banks, they pass trillions of dollars in bills they don't even read, they continue to blow huge wads of money into pork and foreign aid, he's already expanded an already too-big government by a third, highlighted by all of these overpaid "czars"..............
The S.O.B. had the NERVE to want our G.I.'s (you know, the ones who have the guts to do America's dirty work, risking their lives 24/7 that HE never had to do)............to not only get shot at.............but to pay for their OWN health care!
Health care.........oh yes..........if you think you can't afford it now, just wait until it's "FREE."
The "old war hero" would not have done that.
Understand, I do not like McCain. He's a Democrat pretending to be a Republican. Always HAS been. I was a Ron Paul supporter, and think at the very LEAST, the GOP could have nominated Huckabee or Romney. Hopefully, they learned something from this.
But ANYBODY would have been a better choice than this slick-talking, corrupt, socialist.
Yeah.............before long you're gonna wish we HAD gone with McCain and Palin.

Oh! And just out today. There will have to be tax increases on the middle class to pay for the bailouts and healthcare reform! Hope that "extra" pocket change was worth it because for what you think you got, you will pay triple now in taxes. Gotta love Obama and his Obamanomics. Wow, I just heard about the DMV scandal yesterday. And for the record, formermtnhomie, I don't work there. However, what she allegedly did will affect everyone. This type of crime over a long period of time is reprehencible and I certainly feel angry about it. However, we are still a democracy that says innocent until proven guilty. My prayers go out to Mava and her family. Quilty or not, her life is going to be hell and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Our county has already suffered due to a bad economy and money is very tight. My prayers also go out to the county Commissioners who have to deal with it as well.
Mava has always been so nice to everybody. I always tried to get into HER line whenever I was re-newing something. I want to believe she isn't guilty of that, but if she IS, you gotta admit, that's a pretty good trick, embezzling over a quarter of a million dollars issuing license plates! She'd have had a career in politics if she hadn't gotten caught.

Every president in recent memory has had embarassing or not-so-great memories or past elements so what is so eggregious about Obama versus that of others. Tom Brokaw fabricating that story about Bush's valor was ever so endearing. I wish that I could lie like that someday.
If you soak up enough of the wrong stuff up there, you'll be able to.
