Got out my outdoor cooking book and seeing as camping season is here, looking to see if I can put in some recipes for the camping trips.

1-Lb hamburg

1-Egg

12 crackers, crushed, (or use bread crumbs)

3-TBsp Worcesthershire sauce

1-TBsp hot sauce

Dash of garlic powder

1-med onion chopped or diced to suit you

3-TBsp catsup

Combine all ingredients; mix throughly.

Form into patties.

Grill over hot coals for about 10 minutes on each side

Yield: 4 to 5 servings.

That's ok I understand not wanting to give out the names. :) The one wearing the red striped sweater I think looks a lot like you....

Thanks MsM, your right on the one name, but sorry not going to say who is who or give out all the names in the photo.

Your so right KH Gal everything always tasted better over an open fire, even a big breakfast in the case iron, cooks in a hurry and just that fire adds so much to it.

You got a beautiful family there Joe, I can see in your face your very proud to be Dad/Grandpa.

Isn't one of your daughters named Heather? I can't remember the other ones name. Which is which in the picture?
