Turkey Salad Sandwich

Posted Saturday, November 27, 2010, at 4:13 PM

Just another way to use some of that left over Turkey

Dice in small pieces Turkey

Dice into small pieces celery

Dice into small pieces onion

The amounts you use it up to you, mix above indgredients and add some malo, again the amout is up to you.

Add some black pepper, parsley flakes, and paprika, to the mayo that helps to get all the flavor into the mixture.

Spread on bread, left over rolls, toast even works well.

Optional to add some lettuce if you like.

Make a great lunch or late nite snack if you don't overdue it LOL.

Yum! Thanks Joe. Can I "borrow" some turkey? We did not have any left. Thank you for the great idea. Hope you are doing well.
