Schnitzel
Hamburger buns or similiar type of bun Shredded lettuce Tomato Ketchup Fix the Schnitzel as in the previous entry Warm the buns Add the meat to the bun Add Hot and spicy ketchup (Regular if you can't eat spicy food) Large slice of tomato Then add some shredded lettuce. French fries go very well with it. For those that can eat spicy food when you make the Schnitzel add some hot sauce to the egg mixture. Yum Joe. Good for a cold, rainy night. jtrotter had a great idea for anything that may be left. Thanks Joe!
Thank you Joe for giving us another good recipe. We will try it out one of these days and then I will let you know if we did it correctly. :)
Thanks jtrotter: I am always glad when someone trys one of my recipes and likes it and they let me know. I want to add a recipe is just that a basic way of doing things and they are always subject to chance to suit the person fixing it, I do that all the time. Its even better with the seasoned flour, if anyone wants that let me know and I will post how I mix it, some won't be able to eat it but some can. Next time you do it fix it just for the sandwich and I think you will enjoy it.
Joe,
Made the schnitzel and loved it, wish I had some left over to make a sandwich. Thank you sir.
