2-Cups flour 5-TBsp cocoa 1-Tsp baking soda 1-Tsp baking powder 2-Large egg yolks (save whites for filling) 1-Cup milk 1/2-Tsp vanilla Mix dry ingredients and then add other ingredients and mix until smooth. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until soft but not crisp. Filling: 2- Egg whites left from cookie mix 2-Cups powdered sugar 1-Tsp vanilla 1/4-Tsp salt 1/2-Cup shortening Combine and mix until smooth.
