Raisin Apple Bread Pudding

4-cups white bread cut into cubes

1-cup chopped/diced apple

1-cup raisins

2-Large eggs

1-12 ounce can evaporated milk

1/2-cup apple juice

1/2-cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine the bread, apple and raisins in a large bowl

Stir in the milk, apple juice, sugar and cinnamon mixing well

Beat the eggs and pour over the mixture and let stand for 10 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a greased 11 x 7 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes or until set and apples are tender.

Sounds great Joe....this will go nicely with Bean and Bacon Soup I think.
