White cream sauce
Peel and dice potatoes in to small pieces
Cook until fork tender
While the potatoes are cooking make a white cream sauce about 3 cups
Once the potatoes are done completely drain off the water, then put them back into the pan and add the cream sauce, some pepper and a TBsp of butter, and add a cup of the peas. It goes very well with a steak off the grill and a warm slice of french bread.
